Wanna smoothie with that sandwich? What an awesome place for a tasty sandwich and/or wrap. I always order the Tuscan Turkey - turkey, pepper jack cheese, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette (soo good!) All their sandwiches are made with fresh foccacia bread and served with chips or fruit. The Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap is also delicious! made with chicken breast strips, southwestern rice, corn, black beans, asparagus, onions, low-fat mozzarella cheese, and jamaican jerk sauce. Yummy!
You can also do combos and choose two items from the following: cup of soup, 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad, 24oz smoothie. Tropical Smoothie Cafe at Hawaiki Tower is apparently a franchise and Hawaii has one - located next to the KHON2 studio (corner of Piikoi and Waimanu - across from Sears parking lot). Very cute and VERY CLEAN place. Quality of food is excellent!
Thanks Andee and Brandon for introducing us to this place! We love it. And I believe the co-owner is a former "Lost" cast member and sells "Lost" t-shirts. So for all the fans out there, maybe you should check this place out.

This place is found in the Channel 2 News building near Ala Moana, across from the Dark Side.
I went here with a friend because we always saw this place but never went in. We got the combo for 7.99. You can choose two different things from the list: Cup of Soup, half salad, half sandwich, or 24 oz smoothie. The portions are small for the price, but I would like to think that the quality of their ingredients are better. (I am not sure I'm just guessing) I think their bread is awesomely soft, and their chicken for their salad is bomb ass. My friend Yo Yo loved their soup (chicken something with cheese).
There is meter parking. But if you can't find one just park in Ala Moana and walk over. The service varies, the first time I went we were helped as soon as we got in. The second time I went, I stood in front of the register for a good 3-4 minutes and had 2 employees past me by...nothing. Not even a "I will get you someone" or "someone will be with you". You can take out, or sit in their little eating area. I believe they have a pretty decent flat screen where they hold "tv show" get togethers. (football, Lost, etc) because there is a calendar of stuff near the TV.
