1 review for Trio French Bakery
My coworkers always past by this place but have never tried it and I was lucky enough to be the guinea pig. Known as the shop with a list of sandwiches taped to the window, it's actually a bakery that's a bit sketchy. The back room is under construction and they sell very few baked goodies. So there's a sign that advertises a special sandwich of the day. Wed's special is a hot sausage and pepper sandwich which I did not opt for since I had one yesterday. I decided to order one of their regular sandwiches-roast pork. All are well priced at $6. The lady behind the counter is super sweet and I asked for lettuce, onion and tomato.
The roast pork was really delicious, it was pan fried with a generous amount of oil that the lettuce, tomato, onion and sesame seed bread absorbed. The bread was very fresh, assuming it was probably baked on site. I would def come back to try their other sandwiches.
There was a man who walked in while I was ordering who was given a huge sack probably filled with bread. Seems like they do wholesale bread shipments as well.
