I came. I sat. I slept. I made a cafe mocha from the time machine in the hallway.

The hotel was eerily quiet that week in July when my friends were in NYC and spent the night here before heading out to Miami the next morning.

I haven't spent time in many hotels in NYC (mainly because I live here), but this place seemed more like a business hotel (and rightfully so due to it's proximity to the Financial District) than one that people would vacation in.

The location was great - close to SoHo, close to Chinatown and there never seemed to be a shortage of cabs. All good things if you are here on vacation.

As for me, I'll stick to living in Queens and only mooch hotel rooms off my friends when they are visiting.

A-OK.

Stopped in here last Friday, September 18th. Apparently they turn the lobby / bar area into a party at night. I wonder how the guests sleep ;-)

I'll start off by saying, this is not the kind of place you go to to dance. They ha da line outside for NO reason. The hostess didn't eveb come speak to anyone unless you called her over and told her who you knew. Everyone inside kind of stood around posing. It was a very "industry crowd"; very Kanye West'ish. I won't be going back :-( At least not on a Friday night.

I called the restaurant to make a reservation for Thanksgiving.  I was sent a contract to sign to make a reservation.  It was long and had more clauses than a divorce decree.  I am a lawyer and I was intimidated!!!!  It talked about how they are going to charge us 20% tip, also tax, also drinks are not included and they will charge a penalty for cancellation etc.  I asked the gentleman (not really since he was as rude as all hell - proving his hotel to have shockingly bad customer service) why that is and he said "that is how it is." I said really and he barked back in this sarcastic voice, "REALLY!!!"  Wow???  So surprised since I have always noticed that hotels have the best customer service.  I guess not.

Note: This review is restricted to the lobby and bar experience.  I cannot account for the rest of the hotel.

I've stayed in enough hotels to develop an eye for lodging assessment, and from the moment I walked in, I was able to instantly tell that this is definitely a 4 star hotel.   The lobby is quite spacious and the bar has an excellent cocktail menu.  Drinks aren't cheap but neither are the patrons who come to frequent this lounge.  It is true that the ground floor is somewhat shared by the lobby and dining area, but somehow, the management and concierge manage to pull the layout off in a flattering manner.  Bathrooms are fantastic and I'd love to return here to one day experience brunch, dinner or Sunday film screenings.

Went here with a bunch of friends who had a table/bottle service etc in the lounge. It was more low-key than I was expecting, though definitely fun. There was good music and I wanted to dance, but there was no room to dance. The crowd was pretty good, with the exception of the huge group of obvious tourists. I think i spied a fanny pack--and not one of the new stylish ones.

I would go back if I went with friends, but something is just a bit off that I prolly wouldnt go back on my own.

Call me jaded but this place (lounge and hotel) is fabulous if you grew up in a one horse town in the midwest and watched a lot of Sex and the City reruns on local channels!

Lounge is decent, dimly lit, romantic, nice high leather banquettes. Decent drink menu. However, I have yet to see anyone who was not a tourist (very obvious by the pleated pants, high hair, icky shade of pink lipstick) or bridge and tunnel (same as tourist but with a bridge and tunnel accent and long tacky nails).

I did have an occasion to stay overnight recently and the room is tiny, sheets are rough, the bathroom fixture mimics an airplane bathroom complete with the stainless steal fixtures and the little hole in the counter for garbage.  The room needed to be seriously aired out! All rooms open onto a wrap around balcony that overlooks the lounge. This reminds me of one of those cheap motels you see in movies  where the overweight tourist in pleated pants, high hair and icky pink lipstick stay when they are on an adventure.  The rooms here not cheap so I was shocked by the decor and the grunginess.

Not a fan. Take a pass unless you are a tourist or you a bridge and tunneler...

This hotel gets 3 stars for design, otherwise, the crowd is nothing special I would say. I think it was a decent place to party for a private event (which is the reason why I ventured there). I haven't stayed in any of the rooms, so I can speak to the that aspect of the hotel. However, I wouldn't mind having drinks there with friends, before heading to a more happening placelater in the night.

They lead you to believe there is this huge guest list and make it seem super exclusive when in reality they really let in any wannabe off the street-

No lines, no cover, cute place, BUT there is a bunch of douche bags roaming this place--

Girls who wish they were cuter & skinnier wearing designer clothes from 2years ago trying to judge YOU, and the typical white Boys with no brains but an Ivy league education who think they are gods gift to women!

They do however have a great DJ who can crack out the jams--if you can look past distasteful crowd, you might be able to have a good time!

Courtesy of a friend I was invited here for some drinks and a "grand opening." The hotel lobby/lounge was pretty sizeable--sexy, dimly lit, leather banquettes. However, the crowd was a weird mix of west village hipsters and midtown girls with a dash of gay boys. I tried to have a semblance of a conversation with the people around me but the vibe here was so off point I couldn't stay much longer.

There was a several year period in which I went to the Grand about twice a month for a friend's DJ night.  For me, this was the equivalent of a four-year-old trying on her mom's lipstick or high heels.  I'm not fancy and I loathe nightclubs, especially ones of this caliber.  But inexplicably, I spent a bunch of time in stilettos and no pants, stumbling around upscale hipster parties.

So needless to say, it was a fun social experiment.  We got in free and didn't have to wait in line, which was a mild triumph over the bougey twats waiting to get in.  I'm not into $14 drinks, so I'd drink leftover cans of Sparks I found sitting around.  This evolved into a fun game of "see how many leftover drinks you can guzzle before you get roofied and die"

My number one complaint about this place is that they have a bathroom attendant.  I believe there are two types of places in this world, and the kind with bathroom attendants are the kind where I have absolutely no business going.

I'm glad my weird foray into that bizarre social scene is over and I can just go back to old man bars.

p.s. Unlike O'Connors and Lucy's, the Grand is kinda uptight about what you do in their bathrooms.

I've been here for the GBH parties on Saturday nights. The promoters are all really nice. The DJs always play a good variety of indie/electro but no one really dances. Everyone just mills around and people watches. There are lots of good looking hipsters, dressed mainly in black. This is definitely one of the places to see and be seen. (I've caught myself being stared down/talked about by a few obnoxious hipster girls; I'd like to think they were envious of my Louboutins.) Because we're talking about hipsters here, very few of them had drinks in hand because a Svedka/soda will set you back $15 (and they aren't even strong!). There's a Jim Beam/Red Stripe drink special on Saturday nights, but I never see too many people partaking. Jeff, a blogger from the Culture of Me, is usually around snapping photos of the event -- he's an extremely nice guy.

Although the space is beautiful, I was surprised at how poorly the bathrooms were maintained. For the amount of money a drink costs, you think they'd maintain the place a little bit better.  I've been in cleaner bathrooms at pub-type places. Plus, you have to go up and down a flight of stairs to get to the bathrooms, which isn't so much fun in dress shoes.

If you're looking to go dancing, Tribeca Grand probably isn't the place for you. But if you want to lounge around, listen to good music, catch the occasional headliner (Lady Sovereign was here a few weeks ago), and be seen, then you're in the right place.

Consider this a warning to all Brooklyn-ites who get an email about some sweet DJ show at Tribeca Grand.  Unless you have some desire to feel insecure about your weight / clothes / lack of heroin addiction / further lack of money - this is probably not your joint.

We went to go see the Rakes DJ a GBH show (planning on actually dancing), and we were surrounded by a bunch of model-esque people who were either making out or just staring and judging.  Drinks were not cheap and the back-room that they shoved us in was not fitted for a dance party.

If I wanted to be judged by a bunch of people with eating disorders, I would join Crunch or something.  Thanks.

This review is on the hotel itself.  Stayed there for a week on a business trip.  Service was pretty good, but nothing to get hugely excited about.  Rooms are nice and spacious (by NY standards), decor is trendy, and the bathroom and amenities are great.  However, its so incredibly dark.  Maybe its b/c the usual patrons are young hipsters who don't need any lights to read or something, but for a business traveler, it was way too dark.  I had to have every light on in the room, and I still felt like it was too dark to do my work.  The food was decent, and I liked the white noise you can turn on -- its a nice way of covering up the honking cabs outside.

This was a great choice for a long weekend in Manhattan.  I lived in Tribeca several years ago, long before the Tribeca Grand opened, and love the neighborhood.  The staff was very nice.  Checking in was painless.  The lobby is dark and chic and very spacious.  There are some areas of "wear and tear" like thread bare carpet in spots but all-in-all, the place looks nice.
Our room was large as New York hotel rooms go.  King sized bed with wonderful linens and pillows.  The toiletries were Mailn and Goetz which i love!   Our stay was Thursday evening to Monday afternoon so we were there for Sunday brunch which I highly recommend.  There weren't very many people in the dining area enjoying the brunch on the day we were there.  I wonder if that is typical?  If so, it's a shame and I fear they can't continue providing it for long.  It is a high quality delicious brunch.  The brunch is the usual fair omelette and waffle bar, pastries and sweets of all varieties, salads, and warm items.  But also oysters, shrimp, lox and potato pancakes, short ribs, a really a nice offering.
We enjoyed our stay very much and I would be happy to stay there again on another visit.

A 5star hotel lounge, verly nicely designed. I would rather hang out here over 90% of the  upscale lounges and clubs in nyc. I really dont think this place is pretentious, never felt like i was hanging with a bunch of snobs. My advice to u is to put on ya best party out-fit n go have some fun.  It can get crowded at some of the http://gbh.tv events but they are great. Long trip across the hall  to bathrooms down stairs so take it easy on the drinks.
Make no mistake this is prob not a place where ya every day newyorker would hang. I have seen a few model n bottle types trying hard to be noticed there.

Really did not enjoy my stay here. Could be because I was bitter about not being able to enjoy the lounge or the resty, and instead was doing work...but the room was not impressive (and I understand that NY hotel rooms need their own size category...Lilliputian, Hobbit, and Hutt {as in Jabba The} would be some suggested categories), service was slow (I do believe that the front desk SOP is 5 rings before picking up the phone, no.matter.what), the "technology" in the room was poor (great to have a flat-screen TV but why not upgrade the wiring too, and how about a working hair dryer? Oh and don't get me started on the "noise-cancelling" machine which really just was static/Poltergeist TV noises) and soundproofing was nonexistent. Really, Bon Jovi at 1 AM echoing throughout the atrium? Really?

The bright shining star for me was the concierge and bellhop staff. Joe was a doll and even helped carry some items across the street to a nearby restaurant, since I couldn't manage in my platform stilettos. LOL. I did like the bath items by Malin + Goetz, and of course the Times, but next time I'll check out the Soho Grand.

What's better than Tribeca Grand on any normal weekend?  Tribeca Grand during fashion week with open bar, and lots of cute people!

Last night was another one of those nights.  Fabulous party, everyone looked hot, the music was good.  Two floors, drinks flowing.  Definitely a good time.  The door list was kinda screwy, but we managed to sneak in!

When you walk in the front, there is a huge lobby which feels like a large living room with lots of couches.  Further to the back is a bar, and then behind that another room, with a dance floor and DJ.  If you move off to the right through the living room, there is an elevator, and beyond a stairwell to the lower level.  Here you'll find a bunch of adjoining rooms, coat check, bathrooms etc.  The music down here was good, but the sound system was blaring so damn loud, it was killing me with ear plugs!  Anyway, fun party none the less!

Spent the night on a weekend get away with my husband - here are my impressions. Dark hallways, not very helpful and sometimes absent front desk, empty bar and hotel on a sunday night, bedroom that didn't have many lights either and that looked out onto an office building. The decor was not inspiring as is often the case in this price level modern hotel. An aluminum counter (or other metal) with an odd trash basket attached to the sink and an  unknown brand shampoo and soap were featured in the bathroom. The shower was powerful. The location is the best part, near most train lines, soho, chinatown, brooklyn bridge and the African burial site (worth seeing). The bar has an interesting (inspiring really) gas light on copper thing going, but the atrium style design just left me feeling like I was in suburban hotel and the dark hallways left me wishing for a flashlight. Next time I will stay at the Soho grand. My husband adds that it was clean and comfortable, and the bar was relaxing. The bell staff was friendly and prompt and kindly held our bags the day we checked out.

My favorite hotel to stay at in New York, period.

I originally grew up in New York and therefore had no reason to stay in a New York hotel until I was 22 and living in the Midwest, but after a recommendation from a coworker, I scheduled a visit to this hotel during a business trip.

I loved it.

It's swanky and well designed, and I love the color scheme and horizontal stripe-painted walls. They don't skimp on the high end toiletries. On the lower floors, the street traffic can get a little noisy, but the white noise machine totally nixed it (at least for me!). The rooms are a nice size, and I really like the rounded corner wall that cuddles the bathroom that has been in my last two floor plans. The room service, which I rely on heavily after a long day, was fast and tasty, which was a relief since I've had some bad, bad, BAD room service. It sounds strange, but the open atrium floor plan of the building as a whole is one of my favorite things - I always get a kick out of looking down the floors as I ride up in the elevator.

The customer service has been consistently good, from check in until check out. They're helpful and courteous, and incredibly friendly.

The Tribeca & SoHo Grand are such a nice pair! I really enjoy both of them almost equally. I like Tribeca Grand's open floor plan, but I can see how others have thought it gets noisy-- the restaurant/bar/club is in the center of the building, so it has a very Melrose-Place feel to it.
The white-noise maker is a riot! I don't think it helped me sleep any better - but what a funny luxury! It basically just adds the sounds of air conditioning.
Tribeca's rooms are noticeably larger than Soho Grand's, and the bathroom is so modern & gorgeous!
I like both hotels, but I like Tribeca Grand just a little bit more!

I stayed here last weekend and I have to say I was mightly impressed.  As soon as we stepped out of the cab we were greeted by a very good looking bellman/doorman type.  Sigh. Then we were off to our suite, which apparently we got a free upgrade so woo-hoo for that one!  Our friend was waiting for us as we arrived and there was champagne, wine, and a cheese plate waiting for us, all complimentary. Yes.  Then he informed us of our pet that was awaiting us downstairs!! The goldfish.  Which they give to you for your stay.  We named him: Abba.  Well there were 3 1/2 gay men involved in the naming process so.. yeah.  I loved the beds.  The toiletries.  The service.  The ambiance.  We even had a white noise maker so it blocked out all of our craziness to the world.

I definitley recommend this hotel.

It's more or less exactly like a W Hotel, but better executed. I didn't have to interact much with the staff, but my room was well appointed, attractive, clean. They had a bit of a 60s look going in the bathroom, stainless steel sink, etc. TV was flat screen of course. Internet was WiFi, but word to the wise:

Internet is slow as hell. Felt like I was on dialup (ok not quite that bad, but I couldn't download a video from iTunes in more than 4 hours). All this for $10/day, ouch.

One interesting feature of my room was the "white noise" generator. It was a built-in speaker that generated a soft static sound. I thought it was a weird at first, but it seemed to effectively drown out city noise and I slept really well.

The lobby of the hotel is sleek and they have a pretty cool looking bar. Can't say it was ever much of a scene during my stay (which included the weekend), but it would work fine for work drinks, etc.

Cost was in the high 300s except for one night (Monday?) which was obscenely expensive. I guess that helps stick it to business travelers like myself?

I first discovered this place at an ad industry after-after party. It kicked ass then -- drinks overflowing, friendly help, space to dance and even more space to crash in quiet.

I stayed here as a guest two weekends ago and it was better still. We were exhausted from our drive up, and the concierge offered us free glasses of champagne and sent us on our way. We had the cheapest room but it was still quite cozy: soothing sound machine, cool sheets, peppermint-scented soap and endless room service. Not even all that cramped, either.

I have been staying in a lot of nice hotels recently (reviews to come!), thanks in part to work and in part to my boyfriend's idiosyncratic (my nice way of saying weird) obsession staying in nice hotels.

I stayed at the Grand for a weekend in June, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But, I've got to say that, for the price of the room, I would have demanded retribution if I hadn't enjoyed my stay. Maybe I'm a bit provincial, salt of the earth, or just low-maintenance, but I felt like a bit of an ass staying there. Especially after the impeccable German fellow at the front desk tilted his head, cocked his eyebrow and rhetorically asked, "Your charges are all taken care of?" (Long story, but I promise that I'm not a hooker.)

On the bright side: I loved the goldfish and named it "Pug." I am obsessed with Malin and Goetz Bergamont Body Wash now, thanks to the Grand. The bed was heaven, which is, of course, one of the two true marks of a great hotel. Room service, that other important mark, was shy of spectacular thanks to a snooty order-taker and the kitchen being out of a number of delicious sounding items. Assuming that the full menu is usually available, it is quite good.

The location was perfect for my purposes that weekend, too. All in all, it was a good enough hotel, but the Kimptons are just as good and for less money.

I stay here on business because 1) it is close to the office and 2) I wouldnt be able to afford to stay here otherwise.

I find the Tribeca to be clean, well located to my needs and the bar is nice after hours. I have not had the room service. I do find that the bathrooms remind me of an upscale public restroom, but if you like modern, then you wont notice. They give great goodies and I always pack my suitcase with the shampoos, conditioners, etc that they pass out.

The views are nothing to write home about. The staff is great, they are not snooty, thank goodness, even though they easily could be in this place. Dont try and check out at 4 am if you want a folio since that is when they run their list, but in the scheme of things, that is a small complaint. If work is paying for it, the Tribeca is great, If it is out of your pocket, stay somewhere Midtown.

After a crap stay at the Waldorf last week, Tribeca Grand was a refreshing sequel to this month's stay in New York. I actually stayed here before in December, but now that I'm back, am glad to see that consistency is part of their M.O. here.

Very chic, but not shi-shi, and sort of makes we want to say that this is what a toned-down, larger-spaced New York W hotel is like. Rooms are surprisingly spacious for New York, and considering it's $100 cheaper per night than what the mid-town hotels are charging this conference week, I'll take it any time over the others (currently paying $380/night on a corporate discount since all rates are insane this week).

Chic, boutique-y, clean, trendy, and has none of the awful zoo characteristics I experience at the W on nutso nights. Why only 4 stars and not 5? The lobby lounge service is a bit slow. The food is ok, not superfragilistic by any means, but decent, but like I experienced in December, just takes forever to get your food menu, food items, and bill. The bar lounge section is fine, but when I'm hungry or tired, the slow service just pushes the envelope a bit too far.

Tasteful opulence and luxury as far as the eye can see.  I came with a friend for a fashion week party and since the nonsense at the bar was a little too overwhelming, we decided to escape to the open, leather chair filled lounge, order some cocktails (and actually pay for them), and have a conversation rather than mingle in the the mess of hipsters and alterna-fashionistas (not that there's anything wrong with either group).

The drinks are pricey but excellently mixed - I had "The Spa" which was hendrick's, cucumber, and mint.  Yum.  My companion had a watermelontini which he described as the best he'd ever tasted.

Hotel bars are interesting phenomena in big cities like New York - who wants to come to New York and drink at your hotel?  I give the Tribeca Grand major points for creating a luxurious but not ostentatious environment that it's patrons actually want to spend time in.  From what I hear, the rooms are worth the price (amazing in Manhattan).  If I weren't kind of over this neighborhood, I'd probably be back in a heartbeat.

This is a review of the bar at the Tribeca Grand.

Ugh.

Whatever happened to service with a smile? When we asked the waitress to split our check on multiple cards (evenly, mind you--not drink by drink), she actually rolled her eyes. Now, I know that taking multiple cards must be a pain-staking, annoying, time-consuming process. BUT THERE IS NEVER AN EXCUSE FOR ROLLING YOUR EYES. Called me old-fashioned, call me southern, but there isn't a single group of people on this earth that I would feel comfortable rolling my eyes at. ESPECIALLY if my job was to wait on them. I'm not expecting a slave to wait on me hand and foot; I treat wait staff like they're human and just trying to make a living. That said, I am expecting competent execution of a job. Earlier, I was at work all day, doing what I was supposed to do, and with a smile; just because there's alcohol involved and it's midnight doesn't mean the rules have changed and you get to smirk.

Here's the kicker: the manager was no better! She came over and essentially lectured us about how the machine wouldn't let her put multiple cards on one check; while this may or may not be true (and I have no reason to think it's untrue), as one of my cohort said, THIS IS NOT OUR PROBLEM. It's your problem. Solve it. Get creative! Split the check into multiple checks. Do whatever you need to do. When she suggested that we use 3 cards and pay each other cash, and we responded that we happened to not have any cash on us, she cattily pointed out that there is an ATM a block away. Normally, I would've been happy to be sensible and just go get some cash; but at this point, the attitude problem was really getting to me, and I was happy to hold my ground with everyone else on this. (By the way, no, we weren't wasted.)

So of course the manager ended up finding a way to do exactly what the customer wanted--imagine that!--and our check was split on our cards, and I even tipped, because like I said, I appreciate that the person waiting on me is just trying to do a job. But if the attitude problem here runs as high as the management, screw this place. Never going back.

I came here on a Sat night with some friends. Did not have to wait in line or anything like that because my friend had a table. The staff gave us free dinner on the house and then we sat at an amazingly large table and had bottle service. The staff were super attentive to our needs but were harsh to other people and brutal at the door to others-- which was a huge buzzkill. honestly the crowd wasn't anything special, just connected/wealthy people. Guys here were slimy, what's new? The music was great but I felt uncomfortable dancing in this atmosphere. If you think this is a lounge-y room or private area you are mistaken. The lounge IS the lobby of the hotel, so it's very open and doesn't feel that exclusive (which is something I could care less about, but if you're thinking about coming here you might be). Bottom line: great for hanging with friends but spare yourself cruelty at the door and mediocre environment if you're not with someone who can get a table/bottle service

I never know what to do in tribeca.  One of my best friends lives in tribeca, and he doesn't seem to know what to do here either.  Typically we end up at the tribeca grand and then, when we're pretty loaded, go to the downmarket tribeca tavern.  the tribeca grand is aesthetically kind of nice, but my basic theory is that any night time establishment that will unequivocally let the two of us in can't be all that swanky.

Maybe it was really cool and trendy once, now it ranks with other newish hotel bars across the city (e.g. its downtown peers 60 Thompson, the Soho Grand).  Basically a good standby for a somewhat polished, somewhat staid crowd that doesn't mind paying $15 per drink.

Not the kind of bar you necessarily want to hit after a spot of B-ball in the park with the guys but this luxe hotel bar certainly does impress.

This hip-hotel bar is spacious, dimly lit and attracts a mixed crowd that can range from early 20's design students complete with emo-skater boyfriends to upwardly mobile 40+ hipsters. There's room to spread out in some of their seated sections and though music plays, it's easy to have a chat. Earth tones surround the space and help to create an inviting location to down some of those magic mojitos.

The bar seems to stretch on forever and is a great place to survey the room. I recommend moving locations at least once during the evening to fully take in the room and those reclining within.

*Though it's been commented that it's a pain to have to go downstairs to use the bathroom, I see this as a plus! What better way to get a look at your mark/ make casual eye contact/ let the room check you out (you're so money and you don't even know it!!).

LOVE this hotel!!!! It's BEAUTIFUL! Their bar, Church is so well done! They have a wall that looks like what you see in a catholic church. Candles, from top to bottom. Love IT! It's dark and SEXY! Plenty of seating and their decor is well done.
The elevator is made out of metal and glass. So industrial, I LOVE IT! You can see the bar as you go up to your room.
The room? WOW... We got the view of the streeet and it was fantastic! One side of our room was allllll window! So New York...
The bed was super comfortable. The shower was great.. Everything about the room was AWESOME!
Right outside the room is a little coffee bar which is free. Let me tell you, I was there at least three times a day. LOVE that there was coffee RIGHT outside my room.

The doormen were really cool and HOT, I might add. Hehe...
Totally staying here again!!

Love the restaurant in this place.  I have never actually stayed in the hotel but wanted to pass on some important information.  In order to catch everyone up before the next Harry Potter, Tribeca Grand screening room is going to be showing all 5 movies at 2:00 on Sundays in the coming weeks during their Brunch which, BTW, is absolutely amazing.  Grown ups get to sit upstairs and enjoy the greatest bruch and bloody marys and the kids go downstairs to watch the movies in the private screening room for free.  Brunch for adults is unlimted, you can sit there as long as you like and eat everything, need I say red velvet cupcakes with your cappicino for dessert.  Drinks are extra but the brunch itself is 35.00.  I think kids are $12.99

SIMPLY AMAZING. I had my 25th birthday party at the Church Lounge. The staff was incredibly kind, the space was absolutely stunning, and the drinks were delicious. I could not have picked a better spot. The space was perfect for about 20-30 people.

No wonder the Tribeca Grand Hotel has become such a staple of New York elegance and class. Even though I was younger than most of the crowd (and I wasn't dressed in business clothes), I was still treated like royalty. It was incredibly refreshing to find such a classy bar that didn't require knowing someone to get in or getting past a velvet rope.

Wonderful for after-work drinks, parties, gatherings, or anything in between.

The newest of the Grand Hospitality Group, not a favorite though.

It felt cheap and done in a hurry.
The studio suite was laid out in a really odd manor and didnt flow well with the rest of the space at all.

I do like the open atrium feel of the lobby and the staff. Overall I just feel like it was an updated Radisson.
