Every time anyone goes there on weekend (Saturdays) there is no one there to speak to. Even though one can be told that they Will be there at a certain time, No one shows up ( not even as a replacement). I was schedule for a move in date of April 1st. I was told that a certain person would be there for the keys to my storage unit. Seven people were hired by me to get everything completed before 3 pm. It was raining heavily on this day. My hired help was there before 9 am. I was there a little after 9;30 am. No one came to the office to assist me or the other Five existing customers that were waiting. Someone who worked for that company was called for further assistance. He was told that the person working had to go and pick up supplies and that the wait was about 15 minutes. We all waited an Extra 30 minutes and still no show. I ended with a bill, a U haul truck that I had to turn in and furniture that was locked away. I had nothing to access the storage unit and no one who apparently cared. Really! This is bad for business and you at Triangle Storage Plus need to be more considerate of Customers Satisfaction.I need to be at least compensated for my Time and Money that was a Total Waste! I'm one of the Few who will not be returning for further services of your business

Shan the property manager is rude and very unprofessional. I've asked 4 time since August 31,2020 to please have his district manager contact me and I have yet to be contacted.
He told me on September 3, 2020 he spoke to his manager and his manager said there was no reason for him to contact me!!
It took Shan 3 days to return my call and when I asked why, he said he was busy with other tenants.
Shan said they don't prorate the rent. Well when I moved in the prorated 10 days, so why won't they prorate 10 days moving out!!
I NEED ANSWERS!!
Please have someone beside Shan the property manager contact me!

This company was so well run in 2016 when I was here before. They earned my trust and deserved my business again. After departing and returning two years later I came back and have been completely disappointed. As a matter of fact now I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy. Over a 2 year period my rent kept increasing little by little until I was paying well over $200 for a 10 x 15 storage. Once the initial (first month half off) special is over they get their money back 10 fold. They increase my rent three times over two years and each raise was between $15-$20. They require you to carry renters insurance...if you cannot provide proof then you must buy theirs. They also required you to buy insurance for the storage--a complete rip off. Individuals should be responsible for what they damage...not by forcing everyone to pay an additional $15 or so a month to cover something that may happen. When I departed the first time a phone call sufficed, now they require you to provide a fax or written letter 10 days in advance to depart. Another scam to continue to collect 10 days worth of rent. I would love to know why a storage needs 10 full days in advance to depart--it is a storage. Beware if you chose to use this company by two months or so you will be completely unhappy. Good luck.

I called to find out pricing for a 5x15 unit, and the staff there refused to answer the question unless I disclosed personal information about my plans. Prices are also not listed on the website. When I asked again for pricing, the staff became very aggressive and argumentative. Hiding information from potential customers is deceitful and dishonest. Triangle Self Storage does not deserve your business.

Great Customer service, but still a bit pricy. Other than the price of the unit. I have no complaints. Variety of units to fit your needs.
