I used to come here for many years before they bought The Blue Willow in Wausau. Now I go there because the menu is pretty much the same and it's closer to where I live. But If your looking for  good "diner food"  on Grand Ave. this is the place to be. They have a huge menu with basically everything you could possibly want on it including breakfast.  The food isn't spectacular, you wouldn't expect it to be for the type of place that it is, but it does hit the spot and it's always what you expect.

I would have to say that they are probably one of the best family restaraunts in the whole area. The prices are dirt cheap, you get a ton of food and it's always consistant. The prices are cheap and the service is always great.  I would much rather come here then say someplace like Perkins, it's alot cleaner and with feriendlier service. The owner is especially nice, he's from Greece and used to always recognize me as a regular and say hello when I'd come in. Please bring your family here and try it, you will be glad you did!

A good family restaurant, like Perkins across the street in that regard.  However, they have more variety with a little more ethnicity.  They are in the same price range as Perkins.

I think that the family that owns the place is Greek.  They serve good hearty food.
