This is actually called WorldMark by Wyndham, as referenced by yelper Erika G.
I came for the weekend with a group of six adults and one baby (mine). We were given a two story, three bedroom town house that was the perfect amount of space AND the perfect walking distance from various amenities such as the spa and the large swimming area (complete with 1 foot deep pool for the kiddies). I stayed in the master bedroom upstairs with the plus-one and the baby. There was more than enough room to accommodate his crib, and we even had a balcony with a view of the surrounding hills as well as a bay window overlooking the neighborhood.
Everything is provided for you but the food. There are baking pans, utensils, even blenders and electric mixers.
My only gripe is that we couldn't have stayed longer!

Easy to find, nice layout of the buildings. Surprised to see it in a semi-residential area. But as you turn to Selkirk you are now also on the Golf Course area.
We had reserved a one bedroom. Most one bedrooms are on the lower floor - only two floors. There are no elevators so you'll have to lug your luggage up or down a short bunch of stairs. Once you are in your room there isn't much outside noise to hear which is nice. There are a lot of families that stay here and if you are across the street from the main clubhouse that also has the pool/kiddie pool and spa you will probably hear the noise from inside! The room was nice and typical WM furniture. my only gripe is that there aren't any bath mats/rugs so i had to use some of the towels.
There are three spas. One is in the main clubhouse, one is on the east side of the property with the second pool and one is all alone in the south east side. We like the pool on the east side since it didn't have a kiddie pool it was more teenagers and adults. No floaties! haha
There is also a tennis court, basketball court, arcade, pool table, air hockey and a gym. Parking for boats also which was pretty popular.
The staff as always is super friendly and very helpful with any questions you might have. We are owners so we didn't get a shpeel about buying in so that was nice but we heard a couple that came in as guests and they were talked into the presentation. Haha. Sorry.
All in all a nice drive - 90 minutes from our house in Livermore. Not a lot of traffic. A couple of windy roads that was a lot of fun in my Camaro!

I spent the weekend here for my birthday a couple years ago. It was one of the most memorable birthday ever. My friends and I got a 3-bedroom townhouse that was humongous and well presented. The view from the large balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed two of the pool areas and the tennis courts. My only complaint was that it was a really long drive out to the middle of nowhere. Start driving early so that you can maximize the serenity of the area and the resort.
