If you've never had the goad to peek through the windows during service, you should. Originally a theater, it was eventually converted into a church in 1839 and has survived three different fires. Aside from the fantastic history behind its existence, the church is just as rich in architectural history, ornate moldings and antique fixtures. I was here for a wedding, and the inside just radiates this warm feeling that fit the event quite perfectly. Whether for religious reasons, as a tourist, or out of pure curiosity, stop by and take a peek inside on your way to TJ's or the gym. DTX will suddenly feel a lot less dingy!
