This is one cool toy store.
They carry toys that require children to play with them, not toys that play FOR the children. They've got a great Thomas train play table set up that keeps your kid occupied while you stock up on cool games, any kind of Melissa & Doug product you could think of, puzzles, Haba, etc. These are the type of toys that aren't at Toy's R Us and ones that you can feel good about buying for your children. It is a bit small, but every time I go I find something new. There is always some unique toy that you can't seem to find anywhere else here. I strongly encourage the support of these types of stores for that reason alone. We need to keep them in business!! And no, the prices are not unreasonable at all. You don't feel like you're getting a GREAT deal, but you feel like you are getting a fair deal for something that is good for your kid and that you're supporting a local business too. And true to the Country Village, it is a great place for gifts of any aged kid.
