Do not order from this company. I placed an order sept, 2008. My special needs son wanted a certian plush. In November after taking my money they contacted me to tell me the plush was out-of-stock. I choose another item and I never recieved a delivery. I still have a $40.00 dollar order unfulfilled. I tried to contact the company by e-mail and long distant phone calls.... no response. If you are the parent of boy that likes DragonBallz, Pokemon, Yugio, or most any other Japanese animation character then you need to check this place out. It has most anything and everything you need to complete your collection of toys. As most things are imported it is pricey. THe staff is friendly considering my kids were going nuts looking at everything and screaming bloody murder for them. They have some awesome costumes if you are into anime. The also have lots of paintball guns and accessories. Basically what I am saying is that you have a boy who likes these types of toys (starting at the tender age of 4 with Power Rangers) then be prepared to have your wages garnished to give to toysandjoys. Enjoy!
The prices here are too high. The service here is a little better than at the Pearl City Store where I encountered a guy who tried to rip me off and one guy who acts like you were bothering him. I no longer shop here because I found eBay. Now I can get my gamer fix without losing my wallet. I might also include that the parking attendant that handles parking for this store is not very friendly. She acts like you were stealing parking space there. LOL
