It's not fancy, no.  And it's probably more like three stars, but the staff was so darn nice that it pushed them up to a four star.

The hotel itself is showing some signs of wear and tear.  A couple of stains on the carpet, and oldish 19 inch TV.  TownePlace is similar to Resdience Inn with its efficienty apartment set up.  All of the rooms are suites with kitchens, which is nice, particularly for a business traveller.

When I checked in, there was a note recognizing my Marriott "status" with some cookies and water.  There had also provided the feather pillow and a high floor away from the elevators as noted in my reservations profile.  

When I asked for the closest Fedex to mail something, they said they'd call Fedex and have it picked up.  All little things that added up to a nice experience.

This hotel isn't for a romantic weekend getaway, but good for the business traveller.
