It's up to Marriott standards, which says a lot. The staff is friendly and the hotel is comfortable. Something I like about Town Place is that they have good storage in the rooms. I like that they're dog friendly. I travel with a service dog, but I prefer staying at hotels that are dog friendly because they usually have walking trails.

I have held platinum elite status I show up no one at the counter call Elite Line he's calling around can't find me a place to stay goy in late check and look on my app and someone from Hotel canceled my room and now Marriott can't even fill full

This hotel is like home. My first time visiting. The staff are very nice. One particular staff member went above and beyond. I made an extremely critical and rookie traveler mistake. I did a false cancellation to see what the fees and impact would be. I clicked once too many times. Cancellation went through. I called 800 number and talked to one person then their boss. Both wanted money, points, certificates for free nights, AND my original payment for new reservation. I called the hotel directly and talked to Taylor who quickly and efficiently fixed my huge error. It was lightning fast speed and made a huge positive impact to my trip. THANK YOU TALOR for an exceptional job well done. This is how customer service is done! I will forever stay loyal to Marriott brand who I've been staying with almost exclusively since 2004 when I began traveling more and through my work. I hope the folks in charge see this review and know what a great person and job well done.

Had a great stay while here, the amenities were great as well as the staff, especially Herb!
During my stay we had a fire emergency as well as a tornado warning and the staff was great during both situations.

Nice place, good price for a room, convenient location, quiet, friendly staff. What's not to like?

Have you ever seen that episode of I Love Lucy where she stays the night at a place and when she and Ricky can't sleep because the bed is so dented in the middle that they keep rolling into the middle? This was our experience. We paid for what should have been a nice, higher end mid-priced room. It was terrible. Sure they have a fridge, microwave, stove top (nothing we needed for one night of stay) but we also had a bed that lead to a difficult nights sleep because it sagged so very badly in the middle, a broken toilet seat, the shower controls pulled away from the shower wall, and this was the first hotel I've had in 20 years that didn't have hair dryer.

The front desk people were nice enough, but the owners of this hotel are clearly just benefitting from owning a hotel close to the interstate and they are not putting anything back into the building. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they did for this broken down excuse for a room.

Rooms very clean, two bedroom suite everything you would need, tv in every room, full kitchen just like a real home.
Eateries around hotel within walking distance, parking area well lit and clean, you feel safe. Small little store for late night snack and microwaveable foods.

bonnette and Will.

Breakfast staff Kathy, Kelly, Selena and all the workers here, make this establishment a first rate hotel.

Nice and friendly staff. They were able to akke extra accommodations for my work staff arriving very late at night and leaving very late in the afternoon. The rooms were clean and smelled great.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. There was a little mix up at front desk with giving me the wrong key, but when I got to the room I was beyond pleased. Very clean and well kept property! Top class!! The best part super affordable for a Marriott. Huge kitchen and living space!

Great place to stay for business travel. I love the well thought out accommodations, the cute kitchenette (full-sized fridge, two burner stove, small dishwasher, microwave - and a set of dishes and pots/pans). It looks very fashionable with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and dark wood cabinets. I also ADORE the free wire-less internet.

The king-size bed is comfortable and the room includes a very cool desk, lots of storage, and a couch that can be easily converted to an additional bed. The bathroom also has granite counter tops and a very nice and relaxing shower.

While the room looks clean - there was a GIGANTIC roach in my room the first night that scared me half to death. It did NOT please me.

Additionally, it is clear to me that whoever designed the room is male. There is only one mirror in the room and it is above the bathroom sink - not ideal for putting on one's makeup.
