The great:
1) 5 pillows, count'em, yup 5+2 of mine=7 Me so smart. Which ever body part of mine touched a part of the queen sized bed, there was a nice comfy pillow. I could write a whole review just on these amazing pillows, but I'll spare you.
2) Free high speed internet that is actually high speed.
3)Cool work station with a huge desk & plenty of shelves/drawers.
4)Kitchen & bar area (dishwasher/oven/full size fridge).
5)Laundry services with a 'add laundry detergent' tube that automatically pumps detergent into your wash. Looked like something out of the 80's idea of the future...but it worked and it was great not to purchase a whole container of detergent for one wash.
The not-so great:
1)Ants.... building an ant farm in my dog's food. WTF?
But, the front desk peeps quickly rectified the problem by providing a different room and were quite friendly & apologetic about it.
Will stay here again.

This place can best be suited towards extended-stay or business guests. The room I stayed in had a comfortable queen sized bed, fully equipped kitchen and a "work area" (desk and filing cabinets) with complimentary internet!
What sucks is the location...sure, it's right next to the Great Mall, which is great if you're a tourist/from out of town, but it's also next to the train tracks. -_- I also didn't appreciate the weed whacker or some type of lawn maintenance machine that woke me up at 8:30AM. Not everyone is a morning person!
The front desk staff was friendly and performed a speedy check-in.

This extended-stay hotel is a great alternative to a full service hotel. The amenities may not compare to those seen in full service properties, but they make it up in other areas. Inside the room, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small living room area to relax. As usual, you have the comfortable Marriott bed. In the morning, there is free continental breakfast, and in the afternoons, there is a small coffee bar with fresh baked cookies.
The property is located next to the Great Mall, so shopping and restaurants shouldn't be a problem. If you want an alternative to full service hotels, try out TownePlace Suites in Milpitas.
