Great way to burn off all those calories from yelping foodie excursions! This is a well attended fund raiser ride around San Mateo County. This is a noncompetitive bicycle  (and roller blade) course marked off into 17, 21 and 33 miles. I went with my co-workers and had a blast. We started off slow and made our way from Sequoia High School in Redwood City pass Highway 92 then on up by 280 and then back down to the school. I wasn't even tired going up the first big hill cause I could pace myself and go as slow as I wanted. I initially was only going to do 17 miles since I haven't ridden that far in years. However, I felt so good, I finished all 33 miles (and took a couple of advils today). The course ends with a t-shirt pick up and vendors providing some goodies. Mike's bike's was the best sponsor. They changed my flat inner tube for free and provided lube, air pumps and other bike first aid for riders.

Give it a try next year and burn some yelping calories!
