Whenever I have reason to be in Cool Springs, this is where I choose to have lunch. Not only because I'm eating a primarily raw vegan diet and this place is the easiest option, but also because it's possible to have something different each time, and that isn't easy anywhere else.

It can get a bit pricey, sure, but the salads are also HUGE and the right ingredients will fill you up for hours.

I've heard from friends that the wraps are great, too. You just about can't go wrong here.

Tasty place for lunch

I like it. I've only had the salads yet to try crepes

Scrumptious!

I was thrilled when I found out about Tossed. I've never had a disappointing order here. I highly recommend the Seafood Bisque served on Fridays and Sundays. Also - the Tuna Avacodo sandwich is great. Their caeser salads are SO YUMMY. Tastes fresh and the dressing is creamy and just the right flavor.

Tossed is a fantastic place to get a filling yet semi-healthy meal. I especially love their wraps! While a bit pricey for a quick bite, to me it's worth the few extra dollars for something that's definitely healthier than your standard fast food offerings.

This place is a chain, but as far as I know it's the only one in Nashville. Every time I go down to Cool Springs, I want to eat here. The whole wheat crepes are great, but way too huge. I usually get the Southwest Chicken.

Everything I've had here has been great. I've not had the salads but they look fantastic, but the tortilla soup is good and comes with really nice bread.

There are many vegetarian options here. There are a couple of wraps that are tofu based, but if you don't like those, you can always do the make your own wrap option.

My only problem with tossed is the lack of a combo option. The sandwiches are so big that you can only order a sandwich and there's no way you  could order a soup as well. I think a good addition to their menu would be a combo option.

The location of this place is great. It's nice and spacious and it almost feels like you're not in Nashville.

I'm not normally a big fan of chain restaurants, but I am a big fan of restaurants with lots of vegetarian options. This restaurant has so many. They have done a good job offering veggie choices in each category which include: salads, sandwiches, soups, and crepes. Today I opted for the tofu crepe (which is basically a wrap sandwich with a crepe as the wrapper part). It was delicious. I especially liked how the dressing soaked into the crepe. Very flavorful!
I am excited to go back and try some new things.

Food is good, but they downsized the serving a couple of months ago and vehemently deny doing so.  The size of the to go salad is approximately 1/2 the size it originally was.  What was once good food at a great value is now the same good food at basically twice the price.  I can appreciate the need to adjust portion sizes, but arguing with the customer while denying the change offends one's intelligence.

first off they built this place backwards, you walk in the door in the back and run into people as they are picking up there food. Then walk around trying to avoid the people getting there sodas, while you wait to order.  The food is decent but you can get a great less expensive salad across the street or one block up the road.
