Best place to host an event in the South Bay.
We've held many of our church events here and their staff is the best. Not only are they very efficient and professional, they are friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Their facilities are also maintained well and they work with you to make sure that the room is set-up to how it would work for your event.
The 12th ANNUAL JAPANESE SUMMER FESTIVAL was all weekend at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center. We came and paid our $5 to get in and was given a program but it was of no use to us because it was all written in Japanese.
They had dancing, music, food, beer and games for all and many booths that I have no clue what they were selling. :)
I took several pics and wandered around for a while and watched the kids sing and dance.
