The concept is very simple- Taco Stand. Essentially a drive thru and walk up service save a few patio tables.
I've only had the breakfast tacos there but I would venture to guess their "lunch" tacos are just as good. Their flour tortillas are unique in texture. They're kinda chewy and perfectly pliable for stuffing full of your favorite ingredients. They won't fall apart in your hands once you add the salsa which is one my biggest peeves with some tortillas.
My two favorite bfast tacos- chicken (chopped white meat chicken fajita) & egg and potato and egg. The chorizo and bacon are good too but I can only eat 3 or so and I like the chicken and potato WAY more! The potatoes are actually potato not deep fried hash browns or tater tots like those you find at fast food places but real pan/skillet cooked potatoes with actual potato taste- imagine that.
Needless to say, I'm a fan and frequent customer so are a good number of the MoCity locals!
It's good, fast, cash only, reasonable prices.
Fabulous breakfast tacos! Did I mention fabulous breakfast tacos? My bacon, egg, and cheese tacos were full of crispy slices of bacon (not a few chopped up little bits) and were delicious as-is... but the addition of the hot (spicy) salsa verde made them divine.
This is a tiny little house-like structure with drive-thru and walk-up service, open 6am-2pm Monday through Friday and 7am-1pm on weekends. Three bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos cost me a total of $5.49 (CASH ONLY). Service was friendly and fast, though I didn't go at peak hours, and there was a constant stream of customers in the drive-thru and at the walk-up window.
They have a full menu of ingredients including favorites like carnitas, but I stuck to the basic bacon, egg, and cheese. They also do burritos but there's something about the taco size that's just right.
Definitely get the salsa! They probably have a mild version, if you're not into spicy, but the spicy salsa is excellent, with strong green chile flavors and a decent kick.
Note again: they only take cash.

Great breakfast tacos, very very good, but not as good as Soliz tacos down on Dulles. The tacos here are cheap and very tasty, but not big at all. Also the salsa, is just ok. THe place is tiny and is a drive through, but they do have out side seating for some reason. It is a cash only joint like and what I love most about this and it is the only area that it beats soliz, is that their bacon, is amazing! Very crispy and just fabulous. Try it and you will not be disappointed.
