My office gets our weekly floral arrangements from Topper's. I have to say that 9.5 times out of 10 the flowers are simply stunning. The designs are unique, modern, exotic and creative. And I'm not usually so opinionated about plants!  The arrangements usually incorporate both colorful flowers as well as green foliage, common blooms such as Tiger Lilies as well as things I've never seen before, and sometimes we get fancy things like fruits and vegetables. Every once and while we get an arrangement we're not so fond of, but with a phone call or email, they are always willing to replace it. Customer service is always quick and responsive to our needs. Earlier delivery, broken vase, billing error, too many roses, no problem, they always take care of it! Sometimes we receive smaller bouquets from Topper's for individual employees. They are always just as lovely as the bigger arrangements. So if you're looking for sophisticated and unusual flowers for your office or a friend or that special someone, I highly recommend Topper's Floral Design.  Be prepared for the prices though.  I have no idea how much a small vase is, but our large arrangement is about $100.
