Since its opening a few years ago, quality and service in this pizza place have gone downhill. Delivery service is slow, and they never give an accurate timeline for delivery (if they say 45 minutes, expect over an hour and no matter what, they'll never deliver in less than 50 minutes from your order). As far as customer service-- well, there is none. Call and give your order to a teenage girl who sounds ticked off that you bothered her! The cheese is never melted thoroughly, the toppings are usually half-raw, and by the time you get your pizza you should expect it to be kinda cold as well. It's not worth the price (over $25 for a medium pizza and salad), but unfortunately it's the only place on the plateau that's not a chain. Boo, Pine Lake Pizzeria, for your shoddy service, half-baked food and always late drivers! I expected better of you.

Great pizza!!!  A little pricier than the local alternatives but well worth the extra $$$.
