So first I have to clerify that this location is in North Star Mall by Saks Fifth Avenue. I absolutely love Toni and Guy. Every time I've gone I've been surprised by how awesome my hair looks. They're really good about hearing what you want. I've been to other salons and have been completely ignored. The last time I went Sam worked on my hair. He was SO nice and some how knew exactly what I was trying to explain to him and made my hair look great. He was also really great at recommending products for my hair. It's so nice when your hairdresser knows exactly what you want and executes it perfectly. They have three levels of stylists. Starting highest to lowest (3-1) is how much you'll pay. I totally recommend going to Toni and Guy and definitely ask for Sam.
