Wow! I love my first tokyo bay watch :) It's trendy and cool and is at such a wonderful price that I can't stop raving about it!!!
I am waiting to save up to buy some more. -

The customer service is unbelievable. On their website I found an updated model of a watch I'd lost many years ago. I was overjoyed until I realized it wasn't available in my color. Setting low expectations I emailed the company asking about the original model in beige.
The next morning I received a reply from Dawn. She confirmed they had a few in stock, and sent a link to a new posting she had put on the website (yes, just for me). As if this wasn't fantastic enough, the watch was discounted 60%.
I immediately ordered two and emailed Dawn thanking her. 3 hours later I received a shipping confirmation.
Years of pining ... less than a day of Dawn's magic and the lost watch is on it's way home. -

I ordered two bags from here over the holidays - one as a Christmas present for my cousin and one for me. Ordering online was painless (as it should be). They were out of the color of one of the bags so they emailed me asking if I wanted to cancel that portion of the order. I decided to just get two of the same color so I emailed back and got a response that they would send them out. I ordered on the 6th, the email exchange was on the 7th, and they shipped out on the 8th. The bags came nicely packaged with my invoice and a TokyoBay postcard with a "Thank you for your order!" handwritten on it. A nice touch.
Also during the holiday shopping season, I purchased a cute bag for my brother's girlfriend at Therapy in Mountain View. I didn't even realize until I was wrapping it that it was also from TokyoBay. Thanks to them, I got two presents for people on my list - and a bag for me too! -

I bought the coolest watch that I ever got. It's called the Jazz and it is huge. the face is so big but it's the coolest thing. Can't stop wearing it. if you are in the market for watches, you have to check it out!

Saturday I onlined shopped, found a bag and ordered it. Monday morning 1st thing I got an email stating they were out of the color that I had ordered but they had a link to an alternate color. Since I had been debating btw the 2 bags to begin with, this alt suggestion worked out great and they gave me the bag at the cheaper price. The woman (Dawn) that worked there shipped it out that day and I got it TODAY! (tuesday!). I too got a handwritten note thanking me for my understanding! Great website, great service - Ill definitely be suggesting them to all my friends that comment on my new fav bag!

Lost the clasp to my watch (fell off somewhere) and emailed Tokyo Bay. The first replacement got lost in the mail, so got a second one with a little gift for my "patience." Great email correspondence with Dawn. Big fan. Now loyal customer!
