Great location if you want coffee with your meal, being immediately next door to Starbucks... but you might want to go order your coffee after you place your order at Togo's. For whatever reason, the employees at this particular location are painfully slow. I don't suggest you come to this one if you are in a rush. Aside from that, the food quality is fine, just as you'd expect at any other Togo's franchise.
My favorite place for sanwiches. I switched several years ago when I noticed Subway's breads were flat and rather skimpy. That has changed but my loyalty remains with Togo's.
For the most part I enjoy them, they always have what I ask for, whether it is sandwiches, chips, cup lids, etc. The morning shift tends to be better, as they're the adults and the afternoon/night shifts are the high schoolers. Although they do have guides to go by as another reviewer mentions, you can still be guaranteed that a high schooler will mess up your sandwich by giving you pickles instead of onions, or miss one of the meats that's supposed to go into your sandwich.
I had one incident with the morning shift where the server kept asking me what my order was. I was really pissed because she kept asking me to repeat my order and whatever aspects of my requests, ie no pickles, American cheese, etc. I was pretty close to losing my temper, but I had my sandwich and left. I ended up not going back for a long time due to school, but when I returned I see that many of the workers are still here.
I've only gotten Baskin Robbins once--often there isn't someone by the counter unless you get someone from the Togo's side of the room.
Sometimes the Pepsi's really watery. The place is generally clean but occasionally there is the moron who leaves the remains of his meal here. Parking can also be tricky in such a small lot and with the grocery stores nearby.
It took me a while to come around, but I'm now a fan. It's a great alternative to subway, which is what I've been eating my whole life. The breads tend to get a little dry so make sure you get condiments with your sandwich.
