I used them every other week for four months and the service is always great. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and they cleaned it better than I would because they're willing to leave you satisfied. The only minus is that they charged me extra for having pets. My husband would take them out of the house when they were cleaning, but it doesn't change the price. You also don't get a consistent cleaner everyweek, but everyone who had come through were professional and well mannered.
I've used them for my moving in situation as well and they did a great job. The agency sent two workers and the price is very reasonable.
Unfortunately I have received about 15 sick psychotic messages from first time yelpers associated with this firm...i.e. the owner. I never disputed the charge for my "cleaning"===I just posted an honest review of their incompetent services. I have been terrorized for about 4 days now and have notified yelp and am thinking of bring legal/civil proceedings. This sick person has used my photo and started another screen name with reviews. Stalking-sick behavior---Is this a company you would use--you decide?
Just had my eighth cleaning with this company. Sofie came in and did her job quietly (and perfectly, I might add). Everything was ship-shape - immaculate. The kitchen floors were sparkling, the bathrooms smelled fresh, and the bedrooms were made like in a hotel. After each visit the customer service department calls me to make sure that I was satisfied with the job that was done. Now which company does that? They are extremely professional and courteous. The price is another thing to compliment. Very, very competitive for my flat, not like the other cleaning services I have used. I will continue to using their services on a weekly basis, as well as their handyman service, which will come in handy when I move to another flat in December.
My experience with Today's Maid was nothing short of awesome.
After we signed our current lease but before we moved in, we discovered that the previous tenant was kind of... well, a nightmarish, slovenly, human cesspool who left all kinds of filth and vermin in his wake. Roaches fell off the ceiling when we were waiting for the cable guy. There was some weird scum on all the light switches. And that sickeningly sweet smell coming from the kitchen didn't disappear after our sweet landlord scrubbed out the fridge -- it was frass. What's frass? Frass is roach feces. ROACH FECES.

... sorry. I had to go take a shower. It just makes my skin crawl to think of it. Anyway, frass forms an enamel-like substance that looks like spatters of burned cooking grease, and it's incredibly hard to scrub off. And it was allllll over the inside of our cabinets. (Up high, where we couldn't even see while standing on a step-stool ladder before we signed the lease.)
It was too much for me. WAY too much for me to deal with. So I asked friends for recommendations and my pal Martha gave me the number for Today's Maid.
Today's Maid had their driver drop off Flora right on time. Someone at the office had relayed my instructions really clearly to her and she already knew what areas I wanted her to focus on. It took four hours to finish the kitchen & bathroom (the only rooms we needed help with). It really was that bad -- she was working hard the entire time she was here. When she finished, the tile sparkled from floor to ceiling and my cabinets were free of frass-enamel and that sickly sweet stink.
Bonus points to Flora for not flinching even as I smashed roaches with my bare hands on the counters she'd just scrubbed. (I cleaned those up myself. Anything else would've just been rude.) Her vigorous cleaning stirred up the survivors the exterminator hadn't gotten a couple of days before.
I'm so pleased with the thorough cleaning, convenience of having all necessary products brought to me and the professionalism of the maid and coordinators I spoke with on the phone.
For an inaugural 4 hour cleaning + a huge, comprehensive box of cleaning supplies (which spared me from having to shop for them myself!) TMS set me back $160. That's it. That's all. It's not a luxury I'm going to use all the time, because I'm fine with cleaning up after myself, but cleaning up after nassssty prior tenants? Today's Maid all the way.

Awful customer service.
I used Today's Maid to do a post-move clean when I left my summer sublet. When I called, I was quoted a rate that was much higher than the one on the website. The woman on the phone told me it was because it was a first time cleaning and would take over four hours. I explained that there was no way it would and she assured me that it would.
The woman who did the cleaning did a great job, but it took just about two hours, if that. I paid the amount I was quoted because I didn't want to cause drama for her, and then called the service to ask about a refund for the two extra hours. It has been three weeks of calls back and forth with them. At one point I was told a check was in the mail - and then when I called to see where it was, was told that it was impossible that I was told that. It's like pulling teeth to get someone from there to call you back when they say they will.
I don't enjoy calling them every day trying to straighten this out, but I've been suckered enough this summer. If Today's Maid could get their sh*& together, they'd be a great service.
I had my first cleaning with Today's Maid this past friday and I am thoroughly satisfied with the job. Unlike Zen Home Cleaning Service, the only other cleaning service I have used, they are also very reasonably priced, get the job done in a fraction of the amount of time (they don't charge by the hour either) and seem to care about customer satisfaction.
I will be using their services monthly!
Tatiana did an amazing job. She was efficient, unobtrusive, friendly, and completely thorough. She and the guy delivering the cleaning supplies showed up on time if not even a few minutes early. My tub and kitchen have never looked this good. I will absolutely be using them again and would use them all the time if I could afford such luxury. Ahhhhh if only. Overall, an A+ experience with Today's Maid. yay!
