The Undercover Super-Hero: Gail the Cat Whisperer. I wish I could give Mobile Pet Grooming SIX stars.

Here's the scoop: I've got two boy kitties whose first stop outside is to roll in the dirt. They are 4 and 5 years old and had never had baths other than the ones they gave themselves. They let me brush them, but only on the second Sunday after the full moon of a leap year.

So-o they were getting some, ahem, nappy dreads, and I was thinking it was time for a shave.

I called the vet to book a shave and they said "no problem, drop them at 7am and pick them up at 5pm".  
I say "Oh, you're not going to need them all day, it's just a quick shave".
They say" They are being anesthetized, we don't have time to deal with fussy kitties"
I say "OK, I have the wrong #, sorry to bother you"

Then TLC called me back....and told me that Gail is an undercover Super Hero: The Cat Whisperer. I believe it, she showed up today and laid all of my fears to rest of upset kitties and strong-armed baths. No, they weren't singing in the shower, but she was quick, compassionate and thorough. Best of all, she let me stand right there and didn't make me feel bad that I was more nervous than my cats.

In fact, my cats are both asleep in the computer room with me right now and they are healthier (less furballs in their future), feel better than if they were knocked out, and smell great (except for their tuna breath- I had to make it up to them!).

Nice work Gail, you are a professional and I will happily do business with you again.

I LOVE TLC Mobile Grooming.  I used their services for 3 months while I had a broken ankle (and was previously doing the grooming myself).  I have a dog with a very difficult undercoat and they did a great job.  They are very professional and very very nice.  She came to my door, allowed me to view the van, and groomed my dog.  My dog seemed happy and came back into the house looking very nice!

I also recommened them to my friend who's husband's very elderly cat was - er - having potty issues and really needed a bath.  My friend called me up after TLC visited them raving about how good they were with their frail kitty.  The groomer also remembered me as well - and it had been over a year!

You will not regret using their service!
