Hospice is a program designed to support the patient and family during the difficult time of an end stage diagnosis. TLC Home Hospice professionals are experts in providing pain and symptom management, preserving the "Quality of Life" for each individual when the quantity of life is limited. Specializing in Alzheimer's/Dementia, Cardiology, Pulmonology and Clinical Decline.
Hospice services include: Pain Management, 24 Hour on call nursing, Home health aides, Bereavement counseling and Medications and Equipment.
TLC Hospice is a program that is free to patients and families covered by all insurance policies and Medicare. Hospice care is provided wherever the patient is residing.

Meet the Business Owner: Mary and Shelley C.
Mary Leste and Shelley Chilton are both nurses and currently hold their RCFE Administrators license as well as owned a large 150 bed Assisted Living Facility.
Mary and Shelley have a uniquely hands on role in the organization and can be reached at all hours by patients and families with questions and concerns. TLC Hospice is a family owned company with all the added benefits that comes with that personal relationship.
