Titan's Kingdom is 5-star plus. I was quite surprised to find negative reviews here. We are owned by a delightful mini-dachshund named Lucy, and she is the light of our life. We make sure she gets only the best. Titan's Kingdom, both the store and the daycare/boarding facility, treat Lucy and us like we are royalty. They all know Lucy by name, and Lucy greets them all like long-lost friends. Lucy is not even a little shy about expressing how she feels, and she seems to love Titan's Kingdom. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service, the staff and the products in the store. My only negative is that I wish they would keep their webcam on longer hours.

I am also puzzled why there is negative review about them. My dogs and cats were boarded there for many times and I was always satisfied with their service. Never gave me any issue; price is reasonable; staff is friendlt and helpful.
Anyway, I disagree with the people who gave those comments and definitely recommend this place to others.

I love Titan's Kingdom and even more important...my shih-tzu LOVES it!
I take him Monday thru Friday with a month pass. I know he loves the place because as soon as we pull into the parking lot he jumps on my lap in anticipation. Once out of the car, he runs straight to their front door. When we enter into the reception area, he helps himself to going straight to the play area...barely looking back to say good-bye to me!
I can't tell you what a relief it is to know that my little guy is having fun and happy during the day while I'm at work. They are good to him and to me...the hours are perfect for me...as they are open from 7 - 7...which means and early morning a late day can be fit right in to my dogs day!
The staff is always very friendly and often tell me how much fun he had or what dog(s) he played with that day. He even has a best friend at Titan's!
The only negative thing I could say...which is really a positive for my dog...is that he is soooo tired from playing sooo hard all day that he falls to sleep as soon as he is in the car! He has honestly fallen asleep sitting up in the car! Him being tired from a long day of playing is great for me, as I'm typically beat from my day too...so we both veg out on the couch for some tv cuddling!
I completely, 100% recommend Titan's Kingdom to any dog! So much better than being left at home alone!
I can't say enough nice things about the place! I plan to keep taking my dog every work day!!!
FIRST OF ALL, I JUST WANT TO PINPOINT OUT THAT SOME J3RK HAS FLAGGED MY RATING FOR TITANS KINGDOM WHICH IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! PROBABLY HE/SHE THOUGHT THAT I WORK FOR TITANS KINGDOM. I HAVE TWO DOGS - HUGS & KISSES - AND THEY ARE LOYAL CITIZENS OF TITANS KINGDOM. REPOSTING MY COMMENT -
I highly recommend Titan's Kingdom Doggie Daycare for your dogs. Compare to PetSmart's Daycare, Titan's has huge facilities including a backyard and they have separate play pens for big dogs and small dogs. where your dogs can definitely run around and play all day long. The staff definitely pays closer attention to your pet's needs and most lmportantly they have a webcam where you can watch your dog from your personal computer or work. PetSmart only has a small room that can only accomodate 20 dogs or less and they don't even have a webcam to check on your dogs.
I used to bring my dog to PetSmart's doggie daycare but as soon as I found out about Titan's Kingdom Daycare, I was definitely impressed and I take my dog there all the time. Titan's service price is higher than PetSmart (probably $8 more) however, you get all the pluses from having a backyard, huge playpens for big & small dogs, longer hours (you can drop off your dog at 7am and pick them up at 7pm - your dog is definitely tired by the end of the day) and webcam. What else can you ask for?
Update: I'm going to have to go down on stars big time. I took my dog here about 3x/week for a few months. They now have a high turnover of their staff. Well I walked in one day to pick up my dog and there was a new staff person. My dog came running up to the window bc he saw me and the staff just yelled at him, picked him up, and threw him into the kennel. Alone. All the other dogs were outside playing, and he was alone in the kennel. He didn't even do anything wrong. I don't think I could trust my baby with such people.
I also left my dog here for boarding for just a few nights and I think he got a collapsed trachea because of them. I gave them a regular collar for him and a leash and he tends to pull on it quite a bit when I come to get him. Well the staff lets him practically choke himself. While they do pick up some of their dogs and they do keep a few unleashed inside their little room...I thought it was a bit uncaring. I can't prove it so can't do anything but not take him there anymore.
It's also a bit disgusting how they just keep a bucket of bleach and use it to clean up the pee and poo. How about making a little corner spot for pee and poo? Might be a bit more sanitary... I thought I was doing a good thing taking him for daycare here, but it's really not.
I'm only reviewing their Saturday morning playtime. It's called Puppy/Little Dog Social Hour, but it seems a free for all cause there are big dogs there, too. They make sure there are no aggressive ones though, that's a plus.
It's a great place for your dog to socialize in a big enclosed environment, and not get too dirty. Plus, they get so tuckered after the hour they just fall asleep once you get home. Bugsy has already made a few friends. He's still the tiniest one there. There's a whippet named Zipper who has such a sweet temperament. And then there's Maddie who's tiny, but feisty and fearless. There are tons of regulars, too.
There can be anywhere from 10 - 25 dogs, and the social hour dogs are separated from those in the kennels.
There's a trainer who hangs out with everyone and she'll give you some tips as she walks around or she'll separate dogs she thinks aren't getting along too well.
If you don't want to take your dog to a dog park, (the closest is in Union City and Capone would get HELLA dirty there), then this is the place to go. We'll be going every Saturday for sure.

I learned about Titan's Kingdom in a mailing leaflet (junk mail does work sometimes). As you learn from their site, they have daycare ($28/day or $120/5-day pass) and overnight boarding ($45) for dogs. I have previously taken my dog to PetSmart's daycare but stopped after one visit bc they do not allow pit bull mixes to play with other dogs. So I was happy to learn TK requests an interview with the dog to measure their temperament with people and other dogs, although there's a $10 fee. We met Eric, the owner and the interview went smoothly. You walk into a small store front where a limited selection of toys and food are available to purchase. Towards the rear of the building is the indoor area for daycare and several "rooms" fenced off for overnighters. I use "room" bc this is hardly like any kennel I've seen. The dogs have plenty of room to walk around. The back of the building is the outdoor area sectioned off for large and small dogs. The dogs are able to run and do their business. Someone is always with the dogs. If they stay past 7pm there's a small fee, after 8pm you can't pick them up and need to pay for the night.
I like how they don't discriminate against different breeds and the facilities are clean plus it's right down the street from home. I love their webcam feature so I can spy on my pooch at work. When we get home, without fail, she has dinner and passes out. I learned that they've only been open for 4 months and already are building a large client base. I hope they stick around for a while.
