I actually did not go to this place to get new tires or have my tires repaired.  I visited this location because I was persuaded by the coupon in the paper I found for an oil change.  The guys here are actually really good at what they do.

Their customer service skills, as far as being friendly and helpful are concerned, were excellent.  They did try to persuade me into buying things for my car that I did not need (eg: an air filter), but through my experiences I am aware that it is pretty normal for any tire, oil change or repair shop to ask that question every time you pay them a visit.

As far as the actual quality of the service is concerned, I was fairly pleased.  It took them about 35 minutes to change my oil, which is remarkable compared to the wait time I endured with other companies.  

My car also seems to be running much smoother than it did before I brought in in to Tires Plus.  My instincts tell me this is a good thing.
