Always have had great service!!! Helpful and always go above and beyond! Andrew was great, knew I didn't have many days off so made things happen when I was available! Highly recommend!

I had a flat tire, called and made an appointment with a very accommodating, customer oriented person who took me in promptly.
I was greeted by Andrew, who was who I spoke with on my call ... he was very nice, asked for my keys and fixed my tire quickly.... The service was SUPERB!!!
If have any car issues I will absolutely not only take my cars there but refer everyone I know to them!!!

I had 4 tires mounted there 7 months ago and had to purchase a replacement when I experienced sidewall puncture to one .The service writer refused to speak to continental rep who I had on the phone to verify the damage so I could get coverage under the road hazard warranty.This service writer WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO OBSTRUCT this claim.one star is to generous.Stay away The customer service at continental was fantastic and provided a shipping label to ship tire in for inspection

My car was there recently for front-end work and alignment. A few days later, there is a noise coming from the front of the vehicle. So now im looking over the front of the vehicle and touching the first nut and bolt, and it's loose. I tried another nut. it's loose. What the heck. I called and talked to Andrew. I explained what was happening. He said, "Come next week, I insisted that he should look over their work the next day this is a serious problem. He said come next week and hangs up the phone. I called back, and he said I don't have time for this come next week click. So I paid for my vehicle to get fixed properly, which they should warranty their work in this case they took my money ok but didn't warranty there work

These guys got me back on the road with tires in under an hour! Great prices, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service! Had a flat tire and they were able to repair it (with a tire plug), and put it back on in 15 minutes. Also ran a free engine diagnostic test. Didn't feel pressured in any way. The staff was friendly, informative, and worked fast. Definitely recommend this place :)

They pulled a screw out of my tire and fixed it and didn't charge me anything. I'll be back when I'm ready for winter tires.

I know absolutely nothing about cars and I always get overwhelmed when I bring my vehicle to the shop. The staff here helped me right away, and they were sure to make sure I didn't feel silly asking any questions. They explained the issue to me, and they were sure to work with me on finding the solution that was the best fit. When it came to price, they offered a very reasonable rate. Would visit again!
