I've been using this diaper service since February when my son was born. I attended a diapering class about a month before giving birth. After attending the class and talking to the staff, I learned everything I needed to know about cloth diapering our baby. It was great!

Of course most everyone thought I was NUTS for choosing to cloth diaper but I moved forward with my plan, regardless. Later I found out that my sister-in-law used Tiny Tots Diaper Service for her sons and felt even better about my choice.

The diapers arrive at my doorstep every Wednesday morning. The process couldn't be easier. I have a very nice diaper pail in the nursery - the dirty diapers go here (and I swear - no stink!) Once a week we put out dirty diapers outside our door and the next morning we have a bag of freshly cleaned diapers for the week!

When I had an issue with leaking, they helped me troubleshoot what was happening. Turns out my diapering technique needed a little tweaking. I made the necessary adjustments and the leaking stopped.

The people who answer the phones are very helpful and love to help out. The fact that you can order anything you want from the Tiny Tots Baby Boutique and have it delivered with your diaper order at no additional cost is very convenient.

Even though I am transitioning from using prefolds to pocket diapers (that's a whole new world in the cloth diapering universe!), I am very happy that I chose Tiny Tots to begin my cloth diapering experience!

    Thanks Tiny Tots!

Tiny Tots was great. We lived in SF and they delivered diapers for 2 years without fail. As a tired new mom I occasionally forgot to put the dirty diapers out or I miscounted and they totally took care of it. Customer service was always great, helpful, friendly. They made it totally easy. Now I'm in Marin expecting #2 and wish they delivered here.

Two words: poop trap. It's all about the poop trap. You have to trap that poop. There's a video on Youtube which will show you how to do it. It's been a while since I used the service for my son and I started up again when my daughter was born a few weeks ago and I had forgotten about the poop trap. I was perusing their website (tons of info and very user friendly) recently and rediscovered the poop trap and my life is much better now. The customer service is great. I used another diaper service before and they were fine until I had a problem and then the customer service was so bad that I canceled my account with them and switched to Tiny Tots, so I definitely recommend Tiny Tots for all of your poop trapping needs.

Tiny Tots Diaper Service is great! Every Thursday I put the bags of soiled diapers out at night and I get a big, bulging bag of brand new diapers when I open my front door on Friday morning (your delivery day depends upon your location). It's magic! It simply could not be a more convenient service to use.

I've never had any issues with billing and the customer service thus far has been excellent.

You can't beat the consistent quality of the diapers and their reliable service. I recently recommended TT to my husband's cousin and my friend who are expecting.

This review is not based on the diaper service, but rather the experience I had at an expo with a representative of this company.

I went to the birth expo in Santa Cruz yesterday, 2/8/11 and I spoke with the representative there. I felt that he was very confrontational and argumentative.  He was very pro- cloth diapers, and didn't even want to talk about the compostable service much at all, which was the reason I was there.
He went as far as to say that people who use disposable diapers have dirty children!

Why would they send a person as a representative of the company who has such a negative, confrontational attitude?  :(   My husband was quite upset that this man was arguing with me.  I didn't come there to get in a fight with someone about their own products.  I came for information and in fact I was excited for the chance to learn more about it!   It's fine if they are pro- cloth and want to convince people to use cloth only, but the attitude should be better- and why do they even sell the compostables if they don't want people to buy them?

Maybe that man would be better off behind the scenes.

Since my first experience with this company was quite negative, I will not be using their service.  Earth Baby, here I come!  I heard they are cheaper anyway.

Do you know how we used to wash cloth diapers back in the day? It involved dipping the diapers in the toilet and bleach and line drying and letmetellyou, it wasn't pretty. Thank god for Tiny Tots for doing the dirty work so I can stick with cloth until our kiddo is potty trained. The #1 reason we are doing cloth, in fact, is to accelerate potty training as much as possible because babies can feel when they're wet and want to switch to the potty more quickly than if they never had to feel discomfort. The other #1 reason is to avoid putting chemicals (in the form of those little gels in most disposables) next to my kid's business. Even though I'm not permitting him to date until he's 35, I'd like for everything to work out for him when he does. The final #1 reason we are using cloth is, of course, to minimize our share of landfillage.

I'm very grateful that Tiny Tots comes all the way to the City and is so sweet on the phone when I've called to put a vacation hold or to change the # of diapers we need. The only reason that I am not going the full 5 stars is because I wish the website was easier to use. While the customer service is top notch, it seems like they could catch up a bit technologically. The monthly newsletter (hard copy), however, is full of useful research and I look forward to reading it.

With any luck on potty training, I'll only be a customer (at least with this kid) for another few months, so I had to get the good word out to others!

our son is now a little over 3 months old and we've been using the compostable service since he was born. the service has been great. the diapers have been great. we've not had one issue with delivery/pick-up and we moved in the middle of it all without a blip. the customer service has been super helpful...even when i could barely put a sentence together with new-mama brain ;)
i love that these will be composted and would feel super guilty if we'd just added even our 3 months of diapers to a landfill. we feel super lucky to have found this service.

I am giving these guys 4 stars JUST FOR MY INTERACTION with them on the phone! AMAZING!

I haven't received the product yet, so that is why not 5 stars.

Their website is great ~ easy to use, a ton of information!

I called to ask specific questions: woman who answered was polite, very knowledgeable about her products, and so willing to help.

I ordered online. The follow voicemail I received was equally polite and full of info and an encouragement to call with whatever questions I may have.

I called back to confirm, the little old man that answered the call stole my heart.  Sigh. SO NICE TO ME.

We'll see how the actual diapers are, but so far, I am smitten!

Their communication is great! Anytime I have a question or need to add anything to my weekly order, I get a quick response and they take care of it!

We use compostables at night and cloth during the day. Great system!

    Highly recommend!

I stopped in here the other day with my friend who is VERY Pregnant.  Since I wasn't sure what she needed - and wanted to make sure she actually got what she wanted for her baby shower gift from me - I decided to take her here and let her pick out what she wanted.  Pretty nice of me I know!

The minute we walked in the store the staff was very polite and friendly.  My friend looks like she could go into labor any minute so they offered her a chair when we would stop and look at things so she could rest.   A very nice gesture on the stores part and it says a lot about a company.

We always love to look at baby clothes and they had a good variety and some pretty cute outfits.  We're a big fan of the cotton diapers so we stocked up on those.   I compared a few stores before I went and they had the best price for the stroller my friend was interested in - thank goodness or else that's probably all I would have heard about if she didn't get the stroller she wanted!  They didn't have a big selection of baby swings but I picked up a car seat for her older child whose birthday is on Sunday.

They offer a great diaper service that I signed my friend up for. If it's going to help the environment I am all for it!

Oh and they have a beautiful inventory of diaper bags!  Very reasonable prices!

I highly recommend this store for all your baby needs.

Thanks for reading another Sara D's Approved Review!

Yes, yes!  I, too, LOVE Tiny Tots.   I was scared to do cloth diapers because they sounded. . . . complicated.  They are not, I promise.

As others have stated, the staff is friendly and helpful.  We had some confusion with missing diapers and they sent another load mid-week with no big fuss.  I just called today to problem solve our week long vacation.  Again, sweet, helpful service and a quick fix.  (which, by the way, speaks to the fact that we adore cloth over disposables.  we have mixed service but only use the compostable disposable diapers at night and when he take her out for a long walk or shopping trip.  This is not because the compostable are in any, shape or form bad but because the cloth are so absorbent and fantastic and we're on the "diaper free before 3" trajectory.

Go cloth diapers . . .  go Tiny Tots.  Fantastic FOR REAL!

I really wish the diapers they use had worked out for us - my son is just too heavy a wetter and has the wrong hip/waist shape for prefolds.  (We have gone with another cloth diaper option.)

The staff were incredibly friendly and it was awesome to have the dirty diapers disappear every week from my porch and a giant bag of clean diapers appear.  See my review of the boutique for information on the employee assistance with diapering options.

I was sad to end the service but was happy to buy some of their "retired" diapers for use as burp cloths/cleanup rags.

I haven't been to their actual storefront but we use Tiny Tots' diaper service (http://www.tinytots.co...).

Very baby-friendly, and of course good for the environment, cotton diapers are a great alternative to normal diapers. We've actually started using some eco-friendly disposables, but still keep a steady supply for diaper duty and random clean-ups.

They deliver all over the Bay Area, right to your door, so you can keep dirty diapers as outta site outta mind as possible.

Tiny Tots has made it so easy to go with cloth. Not only is delivery consistent and dependable, but the folks on the phone are very helpful at troubleshooting diapering issues. My cutie pie is a super soaker and I really needed a way to keep her drier at night. I called up Tiny Tots and they talked me through the options. They then sent us a handful of diapers in the next size up (for free) to see if they would work better. They do! They also recommended hemp liners so we ordered a few that arrived with our diapers - so convenient and exactly what we needed. With the larger diaper and hemp insert, Cora makes it through the night without needing a diaper change.

I was originally planning to start with the service then switch to buying all-in-ones and washing myself. However, it seems that a service might be even more environmentally friendly than washing at home despite the gas used in the transportation trucks. Diapers are truly re-used until no longer usable and mass washing means less water, soap and bleach than when done at home. So, I can be lazy and green at the same time - that rocks!

New customers take note -when you start service you get a special discount on items to purchase from their store. This is a great way to get your covers at a good price and without leaving the house (no small thing when a new parent!!!) Items can be purchased over the phone or on the web site.

When my wife said she wanted to go the cloth diaper route, my first thought was what cloth diapers were like when my younger brother was in them. Back then they were held on by safety pins, continually fell off, and were a stinky pain to wash ourselves. Then she pointed me to Tiny Tots, and I was an instant believer.

Tiny Tots does home delivery of cloth diapers, picks up your dirty diapers weekly, uses green chemicals to clean the diapers, and delivers other diaper-related products directly to your door.

    Done, done and done!

We used Tiny Tots home delivery service for the entire time (22 months) our son was in diapers. They were wonderful. We ordered a bunch of supplies to go with the diapers on the first order (diaper bin, wipes warmer, wool diaper covers, etc) and found that to be far easier than trying to find all of the same stuff in various stores or on various websites.

The delivery men were very kind, and always worked with us if we had an special needs or issues. There were at least two times that we had some special need the driver hadn't known about, and we were able to call into Tiny Tots and have them send him back to our house. Their customer service was awesome.

They have varying sizes of diapers to match your little one as they grow, and also offer varying numbers of diapers per week. We started with 80 per week, and were down to less than 10 when we finally opted out. Oh, and we converted the old dirty diaper bin into a clothes dirty clothes hamper. Seriously, it only took a few scrubbings...

We used Tiny Tots Diaper Service for about the first three months of my son's life.  It was easy to sign up and order online and the service was great.

I actually went the cheaper route (when gas prices were lower) and decided to drop the diapers off myself.  We lived in San Carlos at the time and their location is in Campbell.  It was a little drive but it also gave me a chance to visit with my sister who lived in San Jose/Cambell.

They have a nice boutique with cute stuff - most of it too expensive for my taste and not really my style but fun to browse through.

If we didn't switch to pocket diapers, I definitely would've stayed with Tiny Tots until my son was out of diapers.

Support, trust, guidance. This company has what it takes to be a confident mother and to find the support within the community to make cloth diapering and/or compostable diapering possible in this day and age. They offer free classes, plus the employees are more than educated about all of the products they offer. If you have a diaper service account, you can place your order over the phone, and they'll deliver it with your weekly diaper pickup/delivery from your front doorstep. So worth the minor additional cost over disposable diapers -- plus, it's environmentally-friendly and makes you feel good to support a local business.

While I have to admit that we were really on the fence about using cloth diapers, getting a gift certificate for 6 months of diaper service is what  pushed us off the fence. Tiny Tots made it easy for us to start using cloth diapers and to continue using them 6 months later.

The customer service is wonderful and friendly. They helped us get started with figuring out how many diapers we would need for a newborn, how many diaper covers and what accessories we would need to get started. We originally started with a diaper champ, but the cloth diapers were always getting stuck. The flip-top diaper hamper was a much better way to go and all we had to do was order it and they dropped it off with the next week's diaper delivery.

The first diaper drop-off day is completely based on where you live so be prepared to possibly wait almost a week before you get the first batch. Being in Menlo Park, our pick-up/drop-off is Monday night/Tuesday morning. It took a while to get the hang of using the 'snappis' that hold the cloth diaper onto the baby, but after just about a week, it became second nature.

When our son was ready to move up to the next size, customer service sent us a few samples of the bigger diaper to make sure they were going to fit. Once we were ready to jump up in size, we returned all of the smaller ones and they dropped off all bigger diapers and new diaper covers.

On ONE occasion, they didn't drop off any diapers and for some reason they hadn't logged any returned diapers the week before. I quickly called customer service and they had UPS deliver our diapers for the week since the driver wasn't coming back our way until the next week.

I highly recommend doing a count of any remaining clean diapers when leaving dirty diapers outside for pickup every week. It makes it much easier to discuss your diaper count situation when you have this number.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the diaper counting seems a little inconsistent to me. We are signed up to have 75 diapers a week, but even when we have 30 diapers left over before a drop-off, they leave us like 58 so we end up swimming in diapers. When we tried to drop the level down to 45/week and they said that would mean we would have a pick-up only the next week, they still dropped off 50+ diapers and now we have 130 in the house!  We're not being over-charged, but we really don't have room for all these diapers. I'm sure this could all be cleared up with another phone call...

The only other thing that makes it difficult for ME is that since our delivery night is Monday, we have to make changes to our order by NOON on Friday the week before. For some reason, this is almost impossible for me to remember and I always end up having to wait until the NEXT week for changes to take place. If you live elsewhere and your delivery night is other than Monday night, you won't have to remember to call the week before to make changes. BUT if you're like me and you're a sleep-deprived new parent, you might not remember either. =)

Well, overall my experience with Tiny Tots has been a positive and reliable one (reliable being VERY important when it comes to having diapers at the ready for your baby).

My experience with cloth diapers?... That's a review for another forum. =)

We've been so happy with Tiny Tots, first with our first son from age 8 months to 2 1/2 years, and now with our second.  They're very accommodating!  They offered to drop off diapers earlier than the weekly delivery date when our second son came along (I forgot to order the diapers before his birth), and this week, they also offered to deliver more than our usual amount in order to prevent us from running out!  All this without an extra charge too.  Fantastic!

We're doing a combination of cloth and compostable diapers this time, and it couldn't be easier!  Both get delivered to our doorstep every week, including compostable wipes, and both get picked up together every week too.   No need to separate and no problem with smelly diapers hanging around either!

We use the Diaper Dekor Plus and when it's full, we keep the bags in our garage until the pickup date.   Also, there's no need to rinse out the diapers before putting them in the Dekor.  It's just as easy as disposables and actually easier with the weekly delivery to our doorstep!  The new diapers are there when we wake up on Thursday mornings.

It's so good to know we're helping to preserve the world our kids will inherit, and this keeps our kids healthier while they're in diapers.  Our oldest son never had a single diaper rash while he wore cloth!  And it keeps the diaper area much cooler than disposables do, which has long-term health benefits as well, particularly for boys.  Amazing!!

Also, it's great to support a local business as well.  I strongly encourage any new parent to give Tiny Tots a try!

I fully agree with previous posters about this company's great customer service! We placed our initial order online and got a call from Pam the next day to confirm the details. With twins on the way, we needed all the help and direction we could get and she helped us figure out what would work best for us to start with - all with a friendly and fun attitude!

We initially ordered 90 preemie and 90 infant sized diapers for our "pre-birth" delivery. The delivery person actually dropped off two 90-count bags of infant size - which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we now know our kids are 5 pounds each and will have outgrown the preemie size by the time they are actually born.  At first, we thought they'd forgotten several of the diaper covers and snappi clips we ordered, but after we called and left a message, Mark from their office returned our call immediately and told us to double-check inside the Diaper Champ box. Sure enough, there was the rest of the order! And he didn't even make me feel like an idiot either, which was much appreciated.  (I get enough of that as it is!)

I'll post an update once we really get going with this service, but so far, it's 5-stars all the way!

We have been using the Tiny Tots cotton diaper service for about a month now, and we are extremely impressed with Tiny Tots, and with how easy they make it to use cotton diapers.

As far as I can tell, Tiny Tots is a family-run business, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful.  When we started the service we ordered a "Diaper Champ" diaper pail, since online reviews said they were really good.  Then we went to a diapering class (which we also recommend) at the Tiny Tots store where they told us honestly that the Diaper Champ was a bit of a pain (at least with cloth diapers), and that a much cheaper pail worked better.  We asked if we could exchange the Diaper Champ and they told us no problem.  That's a good example of how they've been really pleasant to work with.

Another really cool thing about the service is that they will drop off supplies at your home with the next diaper shipment, which is great when you need to stock up on baby stuff.

We highly recommend Tiny Tots diaper service, and also cloth diapering, which has turned out to be much easier than we expected.  We also think it leads to a more pleasant changing experience for our daughter (cotton feels so much nicer, and it's easier to tell when the diaper is soiled).

I LOVE Tiny Tots Diaper Service. I started the service when I was pregnant with my son -- they deliver your first set of diapers before your due date, then after you have the baby you begin your service. I really wanted to do cloth diapers, but I wasn't sure I could handle any laundry when the baby was so little & going through so many diapers. Having the diaper service was the best solution for us.

Now that my son is a few months old, he's not going through as many diapers, so we decided to do laundry ourselves -- and Tiny Tots was happy to sell us two dozen diapers so we could do that! How awesome is that?

The ladies who answer the phone are so helpful and supportive, I've enjoyed my conversations with all of them. The diapers are soft & very absorbent, and my son hasn't had diaper rash since he got past the pooping with every feeding stage. They're great! I highly recommend Tiny Tots and intend to go back to them when I have my next baby. They are SO ideal for the newborn stage especially.

Just wanted to add my voice to the choir! These guys are fantastic, and cloth diapering is a breeze thanks to them. Plus, the customer service is top notch--they go out of their way to be helpful.

A few tips: order stuff from their online store and they'll deliver it with your diapers. (If your kid soaks through at night, Fuzzi Bunz all-in-one pocket diapers are a fantastic supplement to the cotton, and they carry them in the online boutique!)

This is a wonderful business, and has made using cloth diapers a wonderful experience.  The staff is helpful, the drivers are always on time and on Wed morning I open my door to find 2 bags of perfectly clean, ready to use diapers!  I can also order stuff from their store and they deliver those items with the diapers free of charge!  They also rent breast pumps, and sell replacement parts for the pump I have been using.  Talk about a great service.

The benefits of using cloth diapers are many - my baby has never had diaper rash, and I am not filling landfill with plastics and waste.  But the best part is that I never even have to go to the store to buy diapers.

My husband and I recently signed up at Tiny Tots for cloth diaper service for our firstborn on the way. It was so easy to select everything I wanted in our first order online. You get a discount on diaper covers and accessories when you order them with service -- how great is that?! And even better yet, Tiny Tots delivers them all, plus your first load of diapers, to your doorstep a couple weeks before your due date. The Tiny Tots rep who called to confirm our order and answer questions was so enthusiastic about our upcoming baby and diaper service -- very sweet.

We also attended the free cloth diapering workshop at the store and it was a lot of fun. Cloth diapering seems much easier than we'd feared. Tiny Tots has the class every Saturday morning, but you have to RSVP in advance because there's only room for so many couples. Tiny Tots also has diapering demo videos on its website.

So far I'm thrilled with the customer service and overall business philosophy. Can't wait until our baby arrives and we put those cloth diapers to the test!

    LOVE Tiny Tots.

We decided as soon as we got pregnant to use the cloth service at Tiny Tots. Our son has been exclusively in cloth since birth.

We are expecting twins next month and are adding them to our service as well.

Also, just got a notice that they are adding the choice of compostable service or a combo service.

This is a wonderful family owned diaper service.  They provide clean cloth diapers to parents who want to be "green" in their diapering choices.   I love the educational opportunities they do for the parents and people who work with pregnant  women and  parents of babies/children who need information about raising children.  They deliver diapers to much of the SF bay area.
Their educational venues are very good.

Tiny Tots is a great resource for the cloth diapering family - even if you don't use their service!  In fact, they are the only local place to see and buy a wide range of diapering products.  I use cloth diapers for my two boys, and sometimes I need to see the wraps to know if the next size up is going to work (or if their is a next size up, etc).  It's also great to be able to drive down there and pick up one or two things and not have to wait for shipping from some unknown location.  I have compared prices online, and theirs are very reasonable.

I don't use the TT service, because I believe that I can wash them at home with less of a footprint (no bleach and minimal hot water).  But, that's me.

We absolutely love Tiny Tots. They have unbelievable customer service and are always so helpful. We are now in the process of potty training our 21 month old son and he is doing a beautiful job and I think that the cloth diapers have made all the difference.  I will be extremely happy to have him out of diapers but it is bittersweet that we won't need Tiny Tots anymore. If we have more babies we will definitely use Tiny Tots. We also ordered diaper covers from them which were delivered with our normal diaper delivery and it was very convenient.

Tiny Tots provided us with flawless service for the first 6 months of our daughter's life. After 6 months we decided to buy some of their awesome diapers and do the washing ourselves. The person on the phone was extremely helpful providing washing information, even though we were cancelling the service. We are very happy customers.

I don't have a baby in diapers but my oldest daughter is in Tanzania volunteering taking care of babies.  The facility she works in doesn't have the money to put diapers on the kids.  I spoke with Tim at Tiny Tots and he donated 100 diapers along with wraps for me to send to my daughter.  We need to support companies that are willing to help out globally.  Hats off to Tiny Tots!

I love love love tiny tots.  The staff I work with on the phone are super helpful and knowledgable.  It's great to be able to buy extra stuff through the boutique and have it delivered with my diapers.  I'd rave some more but I have to change my baby's diaper.

    I LOVE TINY TOTS!

I knew I wanted to use cloth diapers for my baby. My prenatal yoga instructor at Kaiser recommended TT so I went to their website to check things out. If you're thinking about what goes into cloth diapering in general, you should visit this site that is a wealth of information. I felt really CONFIDENT after watching their training video on how to put on a cloth diaper for a baby boy. However, I couldn't tell from the website which outer wraps to use (this is the only things that is confusing on their website. They should have a recommended "starter pack" so new folks get an idea of what to order at the beginning) so I gave them a call. The woman that answered my call was very PATIENT and explained everything to me. She even reminded me that their was a new customer discount on most items (score!). After I placed the order, I got a call over the weekend on Sat (are you crazy?? that's awesome!) to confirm my order. They are super EFFICIENT! I was a super procrastinator about setting up the service but was lucky I set it up when I did because my diapers were delivered Tues at 1a and I went into labor that evening.

Other things I can say about their awesome service...

Our delivery person is AWESOME and we've had no problems with pick up/drop off. On another occasion, the hubster forgot to put out the dirty dipes for pick up. The next day we got a call from TT and they asked if we needed a change in our delivery because we didn't put out any diapers. I explained the situation and after I hung up, marveled again at their efficiency. When I switched over to the next larger size, I reduced the number of diapers and the adjustment was also no problem for the next delivery.

Every time we've had a question, the customer service is patient and takes the time to explain everything. Most impressive is that they really listen to what my questions and needs are don't try to upsell me on any of the more expensive items they offer. For example, when I was ready to switch to the next size up for my baby, they offered to send me samples at no additional cost. When I asked about the different diaper covers, the woman plainly said, if the pro-wraps are working for you, I'd recommend you just stick to that; you can try the other covers but why fix what isn't broken?

Their website has a wonderful RESOURCE section that supports folks who are cloth diapering as well as breastfeeding. There is a forums area that isn't used very much but TT tries to help folks who post questions.

On our end, we got used to the TT diapering system after the first several days. The snappy clips are easy to use. The standard pro-wraps are also terrific. And the sizing works well. Even the hubster, who was a skeptic, has been very happy with cloth diapering overall.

If you're ready to give cloth diapering a try, I'd definitely recommend going with TT.

TIny Tots provides excellent service.  I've used the cloth diapers and Broody Chick disposable diapers for three months now.  They have been great.  Easy to use and a much better than piling up Pampers in the landfill.

We've been using the cloth diapering service since October of 2008.  We are very happy with the pickup/delivery service and the folks who help manage are account provide excellent service. When we first came home with our baby, I found it super convenient to order items from the Baby Boutique; orders are included with diaper deliveries for free. It was a time saver since it's nearly impossible to run errands with a newborn and the Baby Boutique carried many natural products. I took one star away since we' ve had diapers that were "too new" and therefore doesn't absorb as well.  We've called Tiny Tots and they were able to make adjustments for this.  Their new offering of compostable diapers is also an exciting choice for green parents.

We used the diaper service for our son's first 10 weeks.  Always reliable, and great, super clean diapers, in the amount you need. It really is about the same cost as buying diapers.  We now use pocket diapers, which we love, and aren't that bad to wash, but during those first weeks of chaos, Tiny Tots was a life saver.  Plus, an easy way for a novice to start using cloth diapers.  Once you start, you'll likely never stop.  The customer service was very helpful for giving tips about how to best diaper, over the phone. Plus their website has a decent video demo.

I had a great experience with TIny Tots.  I really wanted to go with Cloth DIapers for environmental reasons.  I couldn't fathom filling land fills with diapers that take 500+ years to decompose -each!
The cloth diaper process was great.  Tiny Tots helped me figure out what I needed and how to do it!  Even my husband was on board.
We did cloth diapers for two years, until we had our little girl fully potty trained.
    The staff was excellent.
The boutique is great!  You can even order item from the boutique and have them delivered with your diaper delivery!  Great servie!
I highly recommend Tiny Tots and cloth diapers!

Great service! Friendly staff.  They also rent breast pumps (will even deliver it when they drop off the diapers) and sell a huge array of baby products.
