I was born sans eyebrows; there's almost no hair there, and what is there is so blonde it's barely visible. So I've always looked blank and expressionless with no makeup on, and strugged to get my eyebrows straight when drawing them in. I never even considered eyebrow tattoos because I though they were all like those awful harsh blue-black ones you see on little old ladies. It wasn't until I saw an article on hairstroke eyebrow tattoos that I realized they had become so much more natural looking. After doing tons of research on eyebrow tattoos in the Bay Area, I decided to go to Jill for a consult based on her very natural looking portfolio -- she also seemed to have a lot of experience with fair-colored women, which was important since a lot of portfolios I'd seen were done primarily on women with darker hair and brown/black brows.
Jill immediately put me at ease, and drew soft, natural looking brows on me; I was sold and booked my first appointment. On my tattoo appointment day, I was CRAZY nervous and couldn't draw my brows on straight and was just really on edge, but Jill was very calming, assuring and took her time with me. Never did I feel rushed and she explained everything as she went. She also used a very light color for our first round, so light that it faded substantially and I was disappointed by the time I came back for my second appointment -- but as Jill wisely pointed out, better too light than too dark! And it really takes 2 sessions to get a good, complete final look - especially if you're starting off with virtually no brows like I was. She got the arch, color and shape perfected on the second visit, they healed beautifully, and now I have perfect, natural looking subtle brows! I can darken them in when I wear makeup, and I no longer feel like some pale eyebrowless freak when I'm barefaced!
Jill is totally awesome - she is clearly an expert at what she does, she has an outstanding bedside manner, and she really cares about making her clients happy. I can't recommend her enough! -

this place is fabulous. I love everything about it. From the time I walk in to the time I walked out looking AMAZING!!!!!!!! you won't regret a dim and you would feel like you need to come back the next day just because of the timeless skin care you got from the previous.

This is my new New Years resolution! Must go here for for the 1/2 hr massage (perfect pressure, hit all the tight spots) and 1 hr facial. Audra is fantabulous! While Zenning out during my facial, I asked about eyebrow shaping and, viola! I now have beautifully shaped brows. This is my new go to place for stress reduction and pampering.

I recently moved to the South Bay and had a baby. Between those two things I haven't been able to get to SF to get any touchups done on my 'permanent' makeup. I decided to look locally and found Timeless Skin Spa based on their reviews. I made an appt to see Jill and get my eyebrows redone and have my eyeliner done (since the liner I had done previously in SF was completely gone at this point). I went in for an initial consultation and got an estimate and recommendations on what she thought should be done. I came in for my appt a couple of weeks later.
Jill uses the tattoo gun on my eyebrows and a combination of gun and hand tool on my upper eyelids. She has a great eye for balance and is very precise in her work which are BOTH very important things to have in the person tattoo'ing makeup on your face! When the process is done and your face is puffy and swollen the makeup looks so great dark. I didn't put any thing on over it for the first couple of weeks. It looked incredible! Once it healed it got lighter (as it should!) and if I wanted it more dramatic I added to it. A month later I came in for the touchup appointment on both. I'm even more impressed this time around since my eyeliner looks perfect now! (you need the touchup appt, also to be expected!).
I added all the 'to be expected' comments since the questions or comments I've either received or read about permanent makeup procedures always revolve around people thinking that it will be as dark as the day you got it and that you don't need touchups. You might not but sometimes you do. It's not a big deal. I highly recommend Jill though. I'm super picky and super happy about how it turned out. I wil definitely go back in six months or a year for a touchup if I need it. To me it was reasonably priced and worth every penny. I'm so very glad I made the decision to have it done with Jill. -

I felt like pampering myself so I browsed around and stumbled upon Timeless Skin Spa. I've gotten regular massages before but noticed they also offer hot stone therapy, which really pulled me in. I called and made an appointment for an hour massage. It also mentioned somewhere on their website to arrive a little before the appointment so you could relax a bit, which was a good idea since I'm always running late =X.
When I arrived, I checked in at the front desk. There was something wrong with their computer so they weren't able to print out forms for me to fill out, so we did the questionnaire verbally and it was quicker, so I didn't mind. Next thing I know, I was laying half-naked on the bed. Audra asked me how I wanted to start out. I told her to just ease her way into it, and I'll let her know if it got too intense. I was ready to escape reality.
The instrumentals were soothing, the aroma, the silence, and the hot stones all contributed to a very pleasant experience. Audra did a great job and I would definitely recommend the hot stone therapy for those who haven't tried it yet. It really hits the spot. -

I love this place! I have been a loyal customer of Timeless Skin Spa for more than 12 years (or however long it has been open.) They have "the touch". The minute your treatment begins you know you are in very capable hands. It's hard to describe, but being a "spa connoisseur" you know "the touch" when you feel it. Their service is consistent, no matter who is administering your treatment.
They offer professional and personalized service. They know your name, your face and your skin. Their facials are the best in the South Bay, bar none. If you are in your 30's turn your face over to Timeless Skin Spa and protect it against time and the elements. People can't believe I am 46, and that is because Timeless has been doing my facials for the past 12 years. They send you home with a daily regimen you can easily follow. Their first priority is your skin, not selling you $500 worth of cream that will just sit in your bathroom drawer.
I recently had my first pedicure there. Talk about luxury. It was done at the same time as my facial, so I saved time - for busy professionals this is a must. This wasn't a 10 minute cheapie pedicure. High heels take a toll on your feet, but after this pedicure my feet were soft and supple and ready for sandals! Getting a very thorough, professional pedicure is a must at least once every couple of months. I felt like my feet had a facial!
I have also gotten permanent make-up done at Timeless Skin Spa. That means I got my eyeliner, lip-liner and my eyebrows touched up with permanent ink. Yes, tattoos. It is very subtle and looks incredible. The sun and age were taking their toll on my lips and they were losing their color, so Jill filled them in with a matching permanent color. No, it didn't hurt. She numbs the skin first. My eyeliner looks GREAT. I never used to use it because I always made a mess with it. Now it looks like I had a make up specialist do my face everyday. Jill also filled in my eyebrows with some simple brush strokes and they look even and natural. Now I wake up and just take a shower and go!
They also have a very cool online appointment service so I can make an appointment even if they are closed and then get a confirmation call the day before my treatment. Perfect for busy professionals.
The boutique in front of the Spa, Goldie G's, is great for unique gifts.
Obviously I highly recommend Timeless Skin Spa. -

So, after 4 full weeks of settling in with my new permanent eyebrows, I'm still extremely happy for deciding to have them done. Noticed a few puzzled looks the first couple of weeks (when they were darker) because most folks couldn't place their finger on what changed...has morphed into - hey, you did something to your hair! :D At my touchup appointment with Jill she pointed out things I didn't even notice and set about detailing the areas she felt needed work. We went through a procedure similar to the first time with a new sterile needle and my custom color blend. The next hour Jill feathered and filled in areas of the brow's length where the color hadn't taken as well, lengthend the other a smidgen more and balanced out other darker areas using a neutralizer tone. What a wonderful perfectionist! Go Jill, go!
Looking in the mirror now a few days later, I feel overall that my features are better balanced and defined. I've seen the beautiful brows on the magazine-cover faces and on TV personalities and now I understand the bright-eyed, sophisticated look provided by the professionally done ones. I'm very grateful to have had Jill work on me and give me what Mother Nature left out. My face is my calling card, and with my new brows, Jill has just made my card that much more polished.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I love Timeless Skin Spa! Unfortunately I currently don't live in the area, but their spa is the gold standard and it is rare for me to find a place that comes close to what they have.
I love the feature that you can book online. The system is so easy to use and is really convenient.
The atmosphere inside the spa is intimate, peaceful, and inviting. And it always smells wonderful. And the heated beds!
The people who work there are great! Very friendly, very personal. I saw Audra and she is so great.
When I first started going to Timeless Skin Spa, I was on a medication that made my skin especially sensitive, and so she never waxed my brows, but tweezed and groomed. I was so relieved to find someone so talented but also accommodating. She knew my skin and I always knew I was in good hands.
It's a wonderful little place, and easy to miss since it is kind of tucked away, but it is fabulous and I highly recommend it. -

It's 9:15 on Christmas...and I'm not in the doghouse
I should be because I've been working OT and have had no time to shop...I've struggled with the idea that buying a coupon is not as personal as really searching for something special for the Hen...but I know she appreciates the luxury of going to Timeless, and so I've been "Shopping" there.
But, again, here's the part where Jill totally kicks ass. I got the certificate for my wife's visits via a quick phone call done while I was cooking...Then a few days later a super incognito plain brown envelope comes to our house in the mail. Inside is one of Jill's special little envelopes almost like Willy Wonka would give....but it snuck past my snoopy wife who collected the mail that day.
A few days later Jill even called me to double check and make certain the secret little pkg arrived BEFORE charging my account.
It's a strange praise but besides being a savvy business woman and a pleasure to deal with, Jill cares about her customers satisfaction with her service more than just making money and is down right sneeky if you need her to be.

I have been getting waxed for years and never have I had such a great Brazilian bikini wax. They have different types of wax and test them to see which one will work best for you especially if you have sensitive skin.
Not to mention...what spa do you know that has an online booking tool? It's so wonderful, so you do not have to call, leave a message and wait for someone to call you back.
Cassia is my favorite. :) She rocks! She's constantly staying up on the latest and greatest in skin care and waxing which is really important to me in a spa.
Lastly, their boutique, Goldie G's has great gifts (candles, soaps, lotions, etc) and carries products with phenomenal packaging by MOR.
I adore this place! 4 stars ladies!! -

Absolutely the best spa I have been to.
Considering the spa is about the size of a paperclip, you'd think that the staff would cut corners. It ain't so, and all the staff are as friendly as can be, as professional as can be, and as long as they aren't rushed, will make you feel like a queen.
Worried about germs and icky bathrooms? I've never been concerned here, where it's obvious that they take hygenic responsibility for their equipment and your safety.
I have sensitive skin, and get the best bikini wax I ever had here. I've paid up to 3 times as much in a 4 star salon (Atlanta, GA) and these ladies do a better job and thank you for your business with a smile.
The front is a small but ever-changing shop of items, and the spa is in back, for a total of 3 rooms. They have online booking, an email and postal mail list, and special offers to their loyal customers.
The spa has a low-key french theme throughout - very understated elegance which you can appreciate but not have to worry about breaking something.
Highly recommended. -

I actually look forward to bikini waxes here, enough said. But seriously, I've been seeing Audra (and on occasion Jill) for a little over 3 years now, and I can't recommend the place highly enough. It's a tiny, intimate little spa with a relaxing smell and a peaceful atmosphere that begins to effect you the moment you walk through the door. I always leave happy.
I haven't tried any of their other services, but knowing Audra and to some extent Jill, I imagine they are fantastic. They have an online appointment system if you so desire, which is really convenient when you are at work and don't feel like sharing what kind of spa services you are scheduling. :-)
They carry several product lines, and when appropriate Audra has recommended them to me, but no one is ever pushy. Do yourself a favor and discover this little gem in Los Gatos! -

Timeless spa is charming, a bit French-ie. I've had leg waxing done by Audra. She has excellent technique in that she gets to the roots and the waxing lasts longer. I highly recommend Audra for waxing. That is the only thing I have had done at Timeless. It's a cozy comfy place :)

I have sensitive, and therefore temperamental, skin but have been seeing the ladies at Timeless for years with much success in balancing my skin. They are so knowledgeable here and take great care to find the best skin regime tailored for each person.
They carry many great lines of products, including high quality foundation powders from Jane Iredale (a personal favorite of mine is the loose powder), effective after-cleanse creams (Jan Marini's Bioclear Cream is great for my skin) and after my facials, I always find a gift for myself or a friend at the boutique.
The real reason I fell in love with Timeless is because of the spa treatments they offer. I love the 60-min facial if I'm ready for a deep clean and a relaxing treatment, and I regularly keep my skin in check with one of the many peels they offer; both treatments really help my sensitive skin.
Last week I had what they call a duet - how dreamy! I had a 60-min facial while getting a pedicure, and I didn't know from which area to be more relaxed, my feet or my face. This is such a fun package that I got one for my mom as well.
The ladies at the spa are all so friendly and helpful; I recommend this place to anyone looking for a personal and refreshing spa experience.

I have been a loyal client of Jill and Audra at Timeless Skin Spa since my hair stylist recommended them three years ago. Love them! I went in having grown out eyebrows which had been severely overplucked for years, and they made them beautiful and keep them that way. Also awesome are the facials, and Jill gives a mean neck and shoulder massage. Booking online is so easy, their location is convenient, and their staff is very nice and welcoming. Definitely check them out!

Simply the best! 5 days later I still have a glow. This was my first visit to Timeless Skin Spa, I had a European facial. I liked that it's a smaller spa and the atmosphere is very calm and serene unlike the larger commercial spas filled with clients waiting and sales people selling products in the waiting area. The facial itself was first class. A thorough assessment of history, products used and concerns was conducted. The products that were used are superb as this is the first facial I've ever had that did not result in breakouts the next day. It was a fabulous experience and the results are fantastic - I am now a fan of facials again and would only trust Timeless Skin Spa to take care of my skin.
