I found Timeless off a list of salons on a Pac Promos deal that my friend & I signed up for. It was like pulling from a hat, but let me tell you I'm glad that I did!
The salon is kind of in the cuts, it took me awhile to actually find the place. I kept turning around because I thought that it couldn't really be that far out. But it was! Don't let the outside fool you. The windows and doors have this mirrored tint and you can't see a thing inside. But the decor inside is really nice. The staff is very friendly. And Sarah (the receptionist) always calls to remind you of your upcoming appointment.
Jenna is my stylist. and I LOVE LOVE LOVE her! She is so sweet! She listens to what I want and we work together to come up with the look I'm going for. I completely trust her! I can only say good things about her and I'm going to be sad when I move back to San Jose =(
On another note... They use Eufora products. They are a bit on the pricey side, but I really like them. All their products are alcohol & H2O free.
Just had another fantastic cut and highlights with Vanessa. I've been a customer for about two years and have always walked away happy. Vanessa takes the time to understand what I want, even if it's a subtle change. And she is a genius with highlights and color! I'm not sure anyone even knows I get highlights, it looks that natural (they do now, I guess!). I have curly hair and Vanessa has an intuitive sense of what works. The Eufora products are devine.
Ed is an amazing stylist!! He explained everything he did and gave the reasoning behind it so I never felt nervous (many a time have I been victim to the stylist who forgets my hair is curly and cuts it way too short, leaving me to look like a poodle or soccer mom). He did an absolutely beautiful job; in fact, I believe this is the best haircut I've had in ages, if not ever! The Eufora products they use kick ass...my hair was SO soft and shiny without getting weighed down or greasy. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and I would recommend Ed and Timeless to anyone!
The salon is wonderful. I have been going to Vanessa for 14 years and trust her fully with my hair! The salon is uber clean and the staff is super nice. Can't go wrong!
