Love, love, love this salon!! From the minute you call to set up your appointment to the time you leave, you are treated so respectfully. Sarah is so sweet and brings such great energy to the place. Vanessa is great and always greets you even if you aren't her client.
Michelle is my stylist....AMAZING!! She always has an idea (if you let her) about what to do with your hair and everytime I walk out, I love what she has done. This is the happiest I've ever been with a hair stylist. Highly recommended! -

This salon and "day spa" is out in the boonies!! i think the location can speak for itself. Besides the fact that the location is very random and not as welcoming, i noticed the employees looked as if they enjoyed coming into work, which is always a good sign. I got a chance to speak to Michelle, she was very knowledgeable about products, procedures, and so on. I just only wish she did my hair. I wasnt sure who did my hair, i didnt bother to know the name but i felt like she was still in training. Michelle was coaching her step by step. Anyway my hair didnt turn out right and i called the girl directly when i got home but she responded with a text. I dont believe this salon has standards nor do i think they care after you leave that shack of a salon. Pardon me, but if you cant do the job correctly dont do it at all.

The salon is wonderful. I have been going to Vanessa for 14 years and trust her fully with my hair! The salon is uber clean and the staff is super nice. Can't go wrong!

Ed is an amazing stylist!! He explained everything he did and gave the reasoning behind it so I never felt nervous (many a time have I been victim to the stylist who forgets my hair is curly and cuts it way too short, leaving me to look like a poodle or soccer mom). He did an absolutely beautiful job; in fact, I believe this is the best haircut I've had in ages, if not ever! The Eufora products they use kick ass...my hair was SO soft and shiny without getting weighed down or greasy. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and I would recommend Ed and Timeless to anyone!
