Timeless gave us impeccable service. We had Timeless design both our kitchen and bathroom. Our cabinets look fantastic. Our kitchen is relatively small but the layout really maximizes the space and makes everything handy. We have gotten so many compliments on look and accessibility. Our bathroom gets just as many oohs and aahs as our kitchen.
Caroline guided us through our whole kitchen remodel. At first we were indecisive about having a peninsula for extra seating or not, but Caroline gave us two designs with and without it so that we could visualize both options and map out the space planning. We settled on our favorite, but we still made a lot of minor changes and she was always very patient and helpful. We went from wanting a modern kitchen to a farmhouse to a transition style. She did a great job in giving us suggestions with her keen eye for design, and she eventually led us to something that worked really well for us.
Throughout the process, she answered even the most mundane questions and helped with all of the little problems that came up, like needing some extra trim due to our uneven floor or getting a new medicine cabinet when our contractor broke it. Caroline was always on top of everything and took care of it without hesitation.
You can't go wrong with Timeless Kitchens. They have fantastic service and excellent products. -

We purchased a home in need of a complete remodel. We were under extremely tight timelines and needed to work with someone that had experience, skills, and expertise in kitchen design and planning. We found, Caroline and Timeless Kitchens - the perfect match! We moved our existing kitchen from one side of the house to the other; the guidance and recommendations we received were second to none! Caroline was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and detail oriented. Caroline did her best to make recommendations but also allowed us to make the kitchen our own. Throughout the process, Caroline's communication, updates and interaction with our contractor were outstanding. Following the installation of the cabinets, Caroline went above and beyond to help us resolve some remaining issues that required specific expertise. We love our kitchen, get non-stop compliments and have never enjoyed entertaining more! I'd recommend Timeless Kitchens to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future!

We bought our kitchen cabinets from Timeless when we did a big remodel. We had an excellent experience with them--they were one of the best vendors that we worked on the project.
The cabinets are beautiful, they arrived on time, and they fit PERFECTLY. We worked with Kat Tragos, who was exceedingly competent in (1) helping us choose a design, (2) working with the contractor and architect, and (3) pre-measuring, which was a huge timesaver. Other vendors told us that they just couldn't measure until demolition was done. If you've done a remodel, you can spot the problem here--a looong latency between when the cabinets can be ordered, and thus arrive, and when the contractor is ready to install them, leading to project delays. Kat had it measured out perfectly and ordered the cabinets before demo started, which meant the cabinets arrived just as the contractor was ready to put them in. And, just to reiterate, they fit perfectly.
Kat also helped us configure and choose the cabinets so that we could order mostly standard sizes, keeping custom work (and the cost) to a minimum.
Kat, and Timeless, provided great service and a great product. I highly recommend them!!! -

I feel horrible writing a bad review, but want to share this as a heads up to others. I can't rate our experience, because Kat told us that she wouldn't work with us. We have a total kitchen remodel budget of ~$50K, of which we allocated $10 - $18K for cabinets and counter tops (also including plans for contractor to work off of). We had met with a couple other cabinet stores prior to me reaching out to Kat at Timeless. I shared with her all the work we've done to date, including several scenarios for the kitchen that I got priced elsewhere. I asked if she would draw up a plan and price cabinets/counters based on only one scenarios we were evaluating. She sent me an e-mail saying that our budget was too small and that it was not ethical for her to work on a draft plan given that we were talking to other cabinet companies. I called her to clarify what we did that was unethical. Basically, she didn't want to put time into getting our business because we were competitively shoping our kitchen design/cabinets.
Everyone else has great recommedations about Kat and Timeless Kitchens, please don't discount their ability to create a great kitchen, but do be careful if you have a tight budget and want to competitively shop.Comment from Kat T. of Timeless Kitchens 2/23/2011

My wife and I were extremely happy wife Caroline at Timeless Kitchens. She was very responsive to all of our questions and provided us with many options to accomplish what we wanted, both on time and on budget.
We are also very pleased with quality and look of the finished product. -

Kat is thorough, conscientious and very responsive. If you need cabinetry, I'd highly recommend avoiding the box stores and contacting Timeless Kitchens. Kat helped us navigate the kitchen remodeling process which was extremely helpful, especially since we have no experience renovating. We were not the easiest clients with which to work and yet she was patient as we changed our minds and worked to make the overall design fit into our budget.

A year or so ago we remodeled our Noe Valley flat, including completely gutting our kitchen and pantry (which later became a half bathroom-yay!). We thought we could design the kitchen ourselves, but quickly and smartly realized we'd be better off going with the professionals. We had always planned to get our granite from Felicity and TrueStone (their sister company that we also highly recommend) but didn't consider Timeless Kitchens until Felicity suggested it, and I'm so glad we did.
Working with Kat was such an easy and pleasurable experience. She produced a solid design we liked, making good suggestions along the way (one being if you're trying to cut costs, go to Ikea for the flatware trays). We had a picture of some cabinets from a design catalog that we liked, but didn't want to go the custom cabinet route. Kat helped us create a more economical version that was still true to the spirit of the original design. She also recommended lazy susan cabinets and other neat cabinet features like that.
I also appreciated all of the time she spent prepping for the arrival of the cabinets (measure twice, cut once). She even took the extra step of meeting with our general contractor in an attempt to subtly screen him and his technical abilities. I really trusted that if Kat didn't think he could do a good job installing the cabinets that she would have told us. Luckily, he passed her secret test (sorry Peter if you're reading this!)
Though I'm not sure if I would install white cabinets again, as they do get a bit knicked up over time, we really do like the cabinets and the design of the kitchen. (I also think even if Kat had warned me or tried to disuade me from white, I would have chosen them anyway. )
I highly recommend Kat and Timeless Kitchens. -

A few years ago when we remodeled our duplex, including new kitchens, we bought two kitchens cabinets from Caroline at the Timeless Kitchen. The experience working with Caroline in the past and the kitchen cabinets good quality, again, last year when we added a sun room, an extension on the ground floor unit; we bought the third kitchen cabinets from Caroline, she has been very helpful and diligently resolved all the problems and questions that we had with the installation. I highly recommend them!

Caroline was fantastic. The kitchen turned out great, we also used Truestone , the parent company to do the counters which add icing to the cake. The Omega Dynasty cabinets are of high quality.
Thank You Timeless Kitchens. -

I am generally a commercial interior designer so don't usually focus on residential projects but recently handled a LARGE home with a full kitchen remodel. I had met with a handful of companies and found myself somewhat frustrated with the options and process until I was referred to Timeless Kitchens.
From the start, I knew I had found the person (Kat) that I wanted to work with. She was professional, informative, gave us options, was infinitely patient (with me AND my client) and within budget! Her follow up has been amazing, she is thorough and very quick to respond to any issues, questions and concerns. I can't recommend her and the team enough - will definitely refer any/all clients to her and come back the next time I need cabinets!
Thanks again!

I have worked with Timeless Kitchens for a kitchen remodel, a bar, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Caroline is great to work with. She came to my home, helped me design a great layout and helped me pick the right materials. Costs were very competitive and they were always on schedule which is a great thing for contractors! I would highly recommend Timeless Kitchens and will use them for any remodlels I have in the future.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had a fantastic experience working with Timeless Kitchens and Kat Tragos. We purchased our cabinets from Timeless and had a flawless experience. We started the project out with an independent architect and quickly realized that we didn't need one working with Kat. She was able to do everything an architect would do in terms of putting together a plan with exact measurements. She was incredibly helpful, always very responsive and pleasant and just knew her stuff in general. I initially felt very overwhelmed by the thought of a total kitchen remodel and she really helped it all come together and gave feedback along the way. Our kitchen came out without a hitch and is beautiful. Thank you Timeless Kitchens and thank you Kat!

50 kitchens in the last four years and Timeless/Caroline has done 30 of them and I lost count of the bathrooms. The true test of service for me is after delivery and the final invoice has been paid. Caroline is still there to take care of any re-order or fix even when it is my fault.

Our search for the kitchen cabinets we wanted was painful until we found Timeless Kitchens. We met Kat Tragos (yes, another fan club member) and were off and running. She worked with us every step of the way. She turned us on to the greatest contractor after our own contractor sustained a back injury and had to cancel on us. The cabinets are going up right now and they are absolutely beautiful. Just what we wanted. The job is right on schedule - no bumps in the road. Timeless Kitchens's crew (Kat, Greg Livy, and True Stone fabricators) has made this remodel a much more pleasant experience than we ever thought possible. We comfortably recommend them "as good as it gets!"

What can I say? Kat Tragos at Timeless made my first remodel oh so easy! I searched several kitchen stores to no avail until I went on Yelp to find Timeless and I was so happy I did. Kat made the time to come out and measure, and measure again...and was always there when I had a question or just could not make up my mind. She was patient, efficient, worked well with the contractor. My contractor said it was worth spending the $$ on great cabinets (mine were just semi-custom) because he had put together an IKEA set the week before and the extra time it took probably evened out the $$ portion in the end! You won't be sorry with Kat at Timeless...as a previous yelper said, I too have joined the Kat Tragos fan club! And, I was also beyond pleased with Felicity at True Stone upstairs...really an amazing job on my countertops, and my contractor could not believe the efficiency and competence of the installers. THANK YOU, TIMELESS!!!

when i read the earlier reviews for timeless kitchens, they appeared to be written by members of the kat tragos fan club. i can tell you from dealing with her that if she has a fan club, i'd be a proud member. i've owned the same place for damned near 30 years, never did a remodel, and didn't know the first thing about it. kat showed up when she said she was going to (a feat in itself for this town), measured, took notes, and was able to answer all questions i had. she provided blueprints of the kitchen in the timeframe she promised. she even introduced me to the contractor i ended up using, who turned what could have been a nightmare experience into a relatively painless one. kat is smart, knowledgeable, efficient, and knows how to handle people she's working with, whether it's answering the same question for the 20th time, or holding your hand when you wonder what you've gotten yourself into. i wish all professionals were as competent as kat. oh, yeah, i probably should mention she works for a company named timeless kitchens.
