Yes,! the Timber Lodge is yet another Chane, but a pretty good one at that. Their staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and bubbly. The French onion soup is a plethora of fresh onions, Grier cheese, and a savory creamy broth. The medium rare steak is juicy and tender with your choice of toppings; I chose the blue cheese crust which is sinfully rich. The scalloped potato's are are firm with not too much, but not too little cheddar cheese. The apples and red cabbage were fresh, sweet, and tangy; a fitting medley to an already excellent meal. For dessert, the apple crisp is Divine; fresh apples with brown sugar, Cinnamon, and butter batter which is a sweet end to a carnivore's feast. Round it off with a Stella Tua or two and you will not be disappointed. So, for excellent steak dinners with all of the fixins, wonderful desserts, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff, the Timber Lodge cannot be beat. Keep up the Good work guys.!
