I want to know about their hiring policy because, by far, they have the friendliest staff. I have been to several of their locations in the Tampa Bay area and the staff is always great.
If you like Mexican food, you must try Tijuana flats. I am addicted to their chicken flautas!...fried to perfection...and served with a side of sour cream, queso, and guac. The ingredients are always fresh and the portions are large.
I must say that I was unimpressed with the quality of food here. I had the burrito with a side of beans and a appetizer of chips and freshly made salsa. The salsa was fresh but bland. The burrito was filled with cheap ground beef and seemed like it was only one step up from Taco Bell. Maybe other things on the menu are way better, but my meal was just not that great.
I did enjoy the hot sauce bar. That was one big redeeming quality. If I had my choice, I'd pick Moe's, Chipotle, or Qdoba before th is place. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the staff here was very friendly, so I must commend that.

First of all the staff here is totally friendly...In the past year I have been to this location 10 times and everyone is friendly and they are always refiilling your drinks. They have great beer on tap too.
I always go for the tacos which are huge and very filling....Some of the other reviewers noted that they prefer chipotle or t-bell. to be honest this is just a different dine in experience and a great change of pace. they also have an extensive hot sauce bar to customze your food with. Two thumbs up!
