Amazing service, friendly staff!

I took a ring in to be sized and they went above and beyond to get it to me before I had to leave for a trip. It was total short notice and they got it done ridiculously fast!

Love to support the local businesses!

My boyfriend loves this place and when we went in there last week the guy remembered him from before. Had smashed the backing to a set of pearl earrings bought there - talked to the guy - and he helped me determine which size I needed. I took 2 just in case and it was about 24 bucks for both backings. A bit pricey - but I don't want to lose my pearls!! My boyfriend also got me a pearl necklace there which is absolutely charming, and he bought his sister a brooch which the jeweler helped him pick out and then ordered for him.  Just a small town feel with great help!

Let me tell you my story of Tigges Jewelers: My sweetie has a watch that is precious to him (not super expensive, not vintage, but very important all the same.) I took it to Tigges and they agreed to try and find a replacement movement. We had no time constraints, happily, because it took a very long time to find a movement to fit the watch. Still, the folks there didn't give up and tried many different movements until they located one that fit. I can't tell you how thrilled we are and how pleased we were with the attention showed us. This is a small shop, but they know their watches there, I must say!  It's nice to go into a neighborhood store and find just the right watchband (even the oldies!) or whatever you need. Plan to spend some time there, because when it's your turn it's worth it. Personal attention takes time.

There are two things the Italians have perfected: Opera & fixing watches.  I'm not going to tell you which of the two was on display at Tigges when I went in the other day but it was artistry.

Vince did a great job of taking the time to make sure my vintage watch is restored back to order.

I had lost a back to one of my pearl earrings. What was more upsetting was that I forgot to get the other one back from this other store I had stopped by yesterday. So today, stopped by here to get a pair, and the guy there was extremely helpful and friendly! When I was being hesitant about spending over $15 on a tiny piece of metal, he gave away a pair of rubber coated steel ones to keep since regular steel would damage the gold.
