2 reviews for Tiger Cuts of Davie Inc
Ms. Isabel is right - This guy Alan is full of it. Notice he logged on one time only and only wrote this one review back in October of 2006. No other reviews since then. I would bet my bottom dollar - This individual is someone from another salon trying to give Tigercuts a bad reputation.
What does Yelp do to ensure innocent businesses are not hurt by negative press created by malcontent mudslinging competitors?
Tigercuts has been around for over 20 years. Personally, I've been cutting my hair there since 1999 and all the stylists there are trained to ask clients what they want - EACH and every single time. I trust each and every one of the stylists there and let me tell you I am picky as heck when it comes to my hair.
I wish I could write to this person to invite him to go speak with the manager about this posting -- I want to see if his story is real. I smell a rat and doubt this person's integrity. Clients get exactly what they want at Tigercuts. If this story is real, I am sure that Alan S's wife asked for that particular haircut and was happy with it when she left.
Why doesn't Yelp send Mr. Alan S. an email to see if it is a real person and to see if this complaint is legit? Ask to see if he spoke with a manager and what the manager's name is? Ana Gagnon is the manager there - see if his story is true.
YELP should be more cautious about negative postings (post after the customer tries to settle or at least forward the complaint to the business so the business can respond to the complaint - if indeed it is a legit complaint. I found this negative posting on several different web sites - that's why I am writing this.
If this is indeed a fraudulent claim, I think Yelp should take this negative posting off the web. Otherwise you are risking a defamation lawsuit. I love my stylists and I am sticking up for them even if I have to track down the business owner to get her lawyer involved in a defamation suit . Seriously - if Yelp lets anyone post negative untrue garbage about a business what good is it?
Alan S. - pardon me for doing this but you have got to be kidding.
The stylists at Tigercuts of Davie (I don't know about the Pembroke Pines location) are ALL pro's with more than 10 years of experience each.
1. All clients are asked what they want from the very start.
2. If a client is not happy with the service, they can have it corrected with the manager.
Your wife most likely asked for this style - and she obviously left the location content with the cut. If she would have asked for the haircut to be corrected, they would have made sure she left happy.
I noticed you have only written one review on Yelp...makes me wonder if you are simply a competitor trying to make Tigercuts lose business.
Tigercuts has been in business for over 19 years and has a loyal client base and high referral rate.
So who are you really? If you are indeed an unhappy customer, just go back and speak to the manager.
If you are a competitor, resorting to bad online reviews is just so low. I feel sorry for you ...you reap what you sow.
