Cheap prices horrible customer service, I attempted to place a large custom wristband order well within a 10 business day period and got an error from the website I talked to 3 different people, gave my order 3 different times and each promised to follow up with me, it's now 7 day out from my event and I received the following e-mail, after I asked and was not connected to a sales manager....
Hello January,
I recently spoke to you about placing your custom wristband order. Unfortunately, I don't believe we will be able to get your wristbands shipped to you and in hand by the 20th. We could get them to you by the 22nd as long as we can get your order and artwork in as soon as possible today. In addition, you would have to pay for expedited production which is $100, and overnight shipping, which we also need to calculate for you, with the total weight of the shipment and the address where it will be shipped to- which could run you anywhere from $60 or more. I understand you are trying to keep your costs as low as possible, but hope that this information can help you better make your decision. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to call or e-mail me.

Meet the Business Owner: Iain B.
As a former musician, I was tired of always paying high service charges when buying tickets to a show. In 2004 we launched Ticket Alternative. 5 years later, we have more than 400 venues across the US including The Black Cat, Rock and Roll Hotel and DC9 in Washington DC and Frederick Brown Jr Amphitheater, Smiths Olde Bar, The Loft and The Earl in Atlanta.
