I'd like to tell you a story about online ticketing.
At my job (we do walking tours of Downtown Boston), I've had to deal with a number of online ticketing companies. We've used a few, we've done business with a few, I've bought from a few. Many of them are difficult to work with, a lot of them bury you in fees, and most of them have terrible customer service.
Thundertix does not suffer from any of these problems.
Their easy-to-use interface makes ticket creation a snap for even the most computer illiterate. My service rep, Stacy, promptly responds to my emails and phone calls whenever we have questions about service, and there are NO FEES to the customers or to the company. We pay a totally reasonable monthly fee that makes me wonder how these guys pay their rent in Austin.
I am happy to report to anybody asking that Thundertix is an excellent ticket provider and a swell model for customer service. Keep up the good work, you guys! -

My employer has worked with ThunderTix for our online ticketing program for nearly a year. It is very easy for customers to use and I have never had a problem or complaint from anyone during the past year. Creating events and special programs is very easy. Customer support has been extremely helpful, especially Stacy. Occasionally, ThunderTix won't be able to accommodate all programming requests immediately, but they have added our requests to a list and updated the system at a later date.
I would recommend ThunderTix for your online ticketing system. Easy to use, helpful and not expensive. Thanks, ThunderTix! -

Just got done doing a concert through Thundertix. It was so easy to use and worked wonderfully. The main reason this place gets 5 stars is because of the customer support. I always got right through with a phone call and the lady on the phone was always so helpful. She was the one i continued to talk to each time i had a question and was always so nice and willing to help me with any problem i may of had or lack of understanding concerning the ticket prices and such. Again, great company and great customer care!
