Fantab-u-lous food. Decor and ambiance reminds of over-the-top Guido, gotta love it. Go for the good eats, you will not be disappointed. Reasonably priced.

3.5 really...
Good menu. Classic italian dishes. Service was a little sketchy but I think our waitress was just a bit busy the night we went.
We tried the lasagna and chicken piccata. The rich red sauce on the lasagna was yummy. The picatta serving was a little on the small side. It reminded me of an airline meal, but very good.
Prices were a little high but I'm sure part of the bill goes to decorating the place.
I felt like I was in "The Shining". -

If you haven't been here in years, it's much improved under the new owners. Thank goodness.
The spumoni is huge and excellent. -

This is old school American Italian--think big plates of spaghetti and meatballs, parmigiana, linguine with red/white clam sauce and shrimp scampi. Back in the day, when your parents took you out for Italian, and before "Giada DeLaurentis' Modern Italian" and Under the Tuscan Sun came into vogue, this is what Italian food was. Solid, hearty and non-fussy. You will find no "fennel chiffonades" or "balsamic reductions" here. But if you're looking for some old school comforting Italian fare, this place is solid.
The decor is really something else. It's not faux Tuscany like Macaroni Grill or Parisi. It's, as I've said so many times before--old school American Italian--marble busts of (I guess famous Italians), TONS of fake flowers in giant marble vases, brocade curtains and just kitsch galore. It's not off putting, it's just a little... much. But then again, Three Sons isn't trying to be anything it's not. Old School. American Italian. -

Not the same restaurant as North Denver location. You can take the Italian out of the city but it sucks in the suburbs! We have know the owner for 30 years and doesn't even come by table to say hello. Skip this one! If you want suburban Italian dining try Macaroni Grill!

Very enjoyable meal on New Year's Eve. Exceptionally pleasant staff. You could see that many from the "Old Neighborhood" were out for dinner. Not that it was an old crowd, it was a very lively crowd of many people that seemed to know each other and were fun to watch. Excellent bread. I had the Pollo Scarafiotti, a delectable (yet ever so slightly too salty) chicken dish in a sherry and olive sauce with spinach and potatoes. My four year old had alfredo and a sausage. Very good food, service and they serve Lik's ice cream. Well worth a try!

We call it the funeral home. Brightly lit, lots of blue hair and estrogen. The food is actually pretty good. If you're under 50 you'll feel out of place.

Too bad this place is closed. I heard they moved to Arvada. Is that true? Anyway they have great Italian food here, anything you get will be good. The desserts are phenomenal!
