I had a completely different experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I'm not an art collector yet, but I like to go in there and dream. Their prices are typical for Thomas Kinkade and actually if you compare his prices to some other well known artists it is very reasonable.
Thomas Kinkade original American paintings at out of this world prices. The employees there watch you like a hawk make sure you don't touch anything.
I've never bought anything from this store.
