Wonderful little gallery right in the middle of the Washington St mall. We've been to Cape May many times and visit this little gallery specializing in Kinkade, every time. One drawback though - if you run into "John", one of the managers there, be prepared for a high-pressure sales pitch that would rival any used car dealership. Very unfortunate and very uncomfortable, especially since the whole art gallery experience is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable one. I was truly interested in buying a Thomas Kinkade piece, but after a few minutes with John, I couldn't run out of there fast enough!
What a wonderful gallery of the 'Painter of Light's' work! Thomas Kinkade apparently has a thing for Cape May - he's come there to paint a number of his works of art! This small little store in the mini-mall on Washington Street is incredibly welcoming and sweet. It's located on the right side of the second floor.
