This building is an eyesore. Before its creation by the Money Tree the West Sac riverline was an undisturbed expanse of trees and trail. But West Sac, probably hungry to promote its vision of development (which never seems to come to full fruition) allowed it to be built. Of course, shortly thereafter Money Tree went under and moved out. Once more, West Sac has unihabited real estate, maybe they could have put another hourly motel in there. But alas, the State of CA needed office space, and purchased it. Good for West Sac, bad for anybody hoping for a nice view of the river. I guess this is a lost cause as they are now building another high rise next to it. Go West Sac.
