A great space to practice yoga. Bonnie and all the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. There are many classes and workshops to choose. Check out their webpage for current schedule.

I've gone to The Yoga Sanctuary multiple times over the last few years when I am in Florida visiting my mother who lives nearby. Lovely studio and classes are inexpensive ($12). Nice selection of class levels and styles. If you do not have a mat they will loan you one at no charge. If you find yourself in Punta Gorda, do check out The Yoga Sanctuary!

Established in 2007
At The Yoga Sanctuary, we believe everyone deserves a moment of tranquility. Tucked in the heart of Punta Gorda's historic district is a small 'sanctuary' where you can nurture body, mind, and spirit.
Our mission is to share our passion of yoga with the community by providing a warm, safe environment. At our studio, you'll find a full range of yoga classes, empowering
year-round workshops, individualized programs, and an eco-friendly yoga boutique
all designed to support a yogic lifestyle.
In honoring ahimsa (non-violence), we are also committed to green practices that make our studio safe for the student, as well as the environment.
We serve all of Southwest Florida, including Charlotte County, North Port, and North Fort Myers.
