I am a professional graphic designer and artist, so for me a trip to the Work*Shop is a treat because it gives me the chance to (literally) get my hands dirty creating art. (And yes, that is a good thing.) My favorite thing to do here is to paint ceramics -- cups, bowls, plates, tiles, you name it. The people who work here are super cool. They're friendly, helpful and knowledgable with advice and instruction on different craft techniques. They have a flat-screen TV and an awesome iTunes collection, so the atmosphere is laid back and conducive to chatting with friends or just concentrating on your particular project. For me, going to The Work*Shop is a great way to relax, unwind and create something original all at the same time. I love it!
