I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. The Waxing Co. is definitely one of the pricier places to go to but it is worth your money!
First off, the salon is very chic and it just makes me feel better when I am getting professional services done to have the place I'm going to, be up to date with trends and look more on the modern side. The music is MY kind of music and it makes the experience that much greater! I feel like I'm listening to my iPod favorites playlist!
Now for the service... fantastic! I LOVE Mahina! She does my wax just the way I like it. I've had other workers as well who were good too but she's my personal fave. Even though not mentioned as a description, I always feel like I just received a mini facial from them! -

Aww, BOO! I'm utterly bummed because Bronwyn no longer works at The Waxing Co. anymore. She's been long gone and has moved on to bigger and better things (or so, I hope.)
For me, it's not the same without her. Maybe I have some freaky attachment to her being my first ever eyebrow and upper lip threader, but I thought she was the best person who's ever done my brows...waxing or threading. That's not to say the girls still there aren't good. They're still amazing and what they do. My eyebrows are always shaped perfectly after I go in, and my upper lip no longer has that mustache I can distinctly see when I look so closely in the mirror (Yeah, I hope no one else notices).
The girls in the front are still always nice...greeting you as you walk in, and offering the usual tea or water. The other girls I go to are just as sweet as well. But, for me, Bronwyn was the reason they got the five stars. That little push for one more star.
Another good thing about the Waxing Company is they always send you a courtesy text the day before reminding you of your appointment. And, if you don't have texting, someone calls you to make sure you'll be coming. And a little tip: The best time to make reservations is probably between 1-5 PM because it's parking GALORE there without a crap load of cars being parked there because of the many restaurants they have at McCully Shopping Center!

I've been going to the waxing company for almost 2 years now, and I've never walked away disappointed. Yes, it is on the pricier side, but I think it's better to be on the safe side when you are doing some *ahem* sensitive waxes.
The salon is very clean and the decor isn't tacky or weird. They offer you complimentary iced tea as soon as you check in, and the rooms are really nice. They are also really good about texting you or calling to remind you about appointments, which is nice for those of us that tend to forget these things.
Everyone there is incredibly friendly, and the aesthetician I go to (Malie) is very professional. Unfortunately, she is leaving, so I will have to go to one of the other girls. I'm not particularly worried though, as I have received other services from some of the other employees, all of whom were just as friendly, professional, and thorough.
The only draw back for me is really the price, as I'm a student and I try to keep my personal spending down, so I can't really go as often as I would like. But otherwise, beautiful salon with great services. -

I'm not a big waxer, and haven't, in fact, waxed my eyebrows in years, but decided that it was finally time to clean em up a little, along with the bits of peach fuzz that were living on my upper lip.
After scouring yelp for the best waxing place on island, I found The Waxing Co, and texted them about an appointment. How fun is that? They didn't have waxing appointments for brows and lip, but the person I was texting did suggest threading, which I've always been intrigued by. After asking her a few questions (I have sensitive skin and light hair, will it hurt, etc), I decided to go for it and made an appointment.
I walked in 10 minutes early and was greeted politely and given paperwork to fill out. There were a number of people in the waiting area - it seemed like they were a little behind schedule and perhaps slightly flustered. There was an ANGRY customer in the waiting area who clearly had 'someplace to be' and was not stoked about waiting. Yikes!
Anyway, my threader was Seda and she made me feel very comfortable. She took time to explain how it worked, and shaped my brows exactly as I asked (not threadbare thin). I was shocked at how pleasant it was - I expected it to be awful. My upper lip hurt a LOT more - a little more than waxing does - but I did love that it was 'all natural' and didn't use heat or chemicals. And, my skin was super0duper smooth afterwards - perhaps it's just my memory failing me, but I don't recall it ever feeling so silky after a wax.
It was on the pricey side ($30 not included tax/tip for brows and upper lip), but I'd be willing to pay that again because they did such a good job.

Ladies and gents...
I think I've found my new wax heaven!
I moved to Hawaii not too long ago and have been hunting for a new waxing salon. Luckily, I live close by the Waxing Co. and passed by it in McCully Shopping Center. Initially, the prices drew me away. Prices are steep. However, I was desperate and the other ladies on yelp seemed to like this spot, so I gave it a shot.
The girls at the front offered me water/iced tea upon arrival and the wait was not too bad with an appointment. My girl was very sweet and meticulous with the waxing. She did my brows and offered to both wax and thread them, which I absolutely love. She spent a good amount of time on them and the results were splendid! -

I've been going here for over a year now for brow threading and this place is THE BEST! Although it is a little pricey, you really do get what you pay for. Service is wonderful. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted, and offered water or iced tea. Plus the couches are comfy :) I've gone to Dara for my brows and she takes a lot of time making sure my eyebrows are perfect.

I've been here twice for a brow wax and have been helped by two different girls. Both were courteous and professional and respected how I didn't want to wax everything off (I enjoy the fact that I don't have to draw my brows in every morning). I've always been curious about this place and picked up a menu once after enjoying some Coffee or Tea. I thought it was hilarious that you could get anal bleaching (yes, its actually on the menu-feel sorry for whoever does that). I guess there truly is a market for that. None the less, I happened to be in the area one day needing a wax and they had a cancellation so I tried them out.
I was tired of being over-waxed by the Vietnamese nail salons and stressing out every time my brows were over due for a trim. I used to go to Paul Brown at Ward until the girl I use to see left for the mainland. I'm very happy to have found quality waxers here in Oahu that speak English for a change. I didn't go for any of the wax services but instead I went for an eyelas tint. I have never had this service done before and to be honest it was hard to find a spot on the island to do it.
I am so pleased with the results and professional attitude of the staff. They were super helpful! Dana was the ladies name and she took her time, made sure each lash was covered and as she was doing the peocedure she explained what she was doing! The end result was the look of wearing eyeliner. I have thick lashes so it took very well and I plan on returning! Yeah no more clumpy mascara!!!!! -

Have you ever YouTubed the facial expressions of women getting their "area" waxed? It's hilarious, right? Unfortunately, I put myself through that trama, luckily no cameras!
I'm normally a DIY'er when it comes to waxing, but I was feeling a bit lazy so I decided to call up The Waxing Co. to schedule an appointment. Boy, they're busy! I had to wait a week to get scheduled in, but it was worth it!
I had Mahina, she was awesome. If it weren't for the pain, I would've totally forgotten that I was getting waxed. She was very friendly, the way we talked was like she's been a friend forever. Haha, which is a plus, because who needs that awkwardness while you're getting "maintained"?
And yes, that's right, I said PAIN! I have a low tolerance for pain, and I jumped a little and screamed a tiny bit, [seriously not exaggerating] for the first 5 minutes. And after doing this myself for 4 months, I thought I'd be used to the pain just a little, NOPE. I was wrong. Haha.
But anyways, the place is clean! Like hospital clean. THEY DO NOT DOUBLE DIP!!! Yay! Everyone is friendly, and traffic sucks. Unfortunately, there's nothing they can do about that.
I highly recommend coming here and ask for MAHINA, she's awesome!! -

I'm not going to lie, I had high expectations before my appointment because of all the great reviews I had read from other yelpers. Well I was definitely not disappointed....The ladies at the front desk were so nice, and offered me tea as soon as I sat down. It was my first time getting my brows threaded so I was a little nervous but Seda was great! She's from Turkey and told me she's been doing it since she was young which was reassuring. Don't get me wrong, it definitely hurts but hey, beauty is pain right? My brows looked great after my skin wasn't irritated or red at all! It was $21 to get them done.

I had a great experience here! This was my first time ever getting anything waxed. I had my appointment with Danah and she was professional, thorough, quick and made me feel very comfortable.
I am a shy person and Danah made sure I felt comfortable, explained to me the waxing process, how she was going to approach waxing me, and most importantly how to care for myself afterwards.
I highly recommend this business, especially if this is your first experience of being waxed!! -

I've always trusted YELP reviews and after reading most of the 83 reviews and looking at the average of 4.5 stars, I really, really, thought that nothing could go wrong. Boy, was I wrong.
The girl that "shaped" my brows was very nice and attentive. I feel bad writing this review because she really was ernest. Unfortunately, I dont remember her name but it started with "M." Maybe, Malana? Not sure. I was impressed because the room to get waxed was very chic and clean, and the service was good. She waxed, trimmed and plucked my brows and I was enjoying myself on that nice white chair. After about 15 min, she filled my brows in and voila, was handed a hand mirror.
It took me a while to focus since I wear contacts and I was happy with my brows in the salon (low lighting + great job "filling.") As soon as I got into my car, I noticed a BAD rash on my brows (this has never happened by the way!) and I noticed that she waaaaaaaay over plucked/trimmed/waxed my brows. I asked for a "natural" look and requested specifically just to "clean up" my strays.. I came out looking like a cheap... well, you know. Every brow waxer should know that the tip of my nose, should touch the tip of my brows to make it look "natural," but unfortunately mine became little thin stubs where my natural brows used to be.
I now have to live with these stubby, thin over plucked brows for the next month.
Lena, I will never stray from you and will be booking my appointments with you again in two months or so when my brows finally grow back!!!

this was a god-sent. i was panicking b/c i'm from LA and had my own vendor for eyebrows. I didn't know what to do for my brows. I found this place and it exceed my expectations. Threading is definitely recommended if your events is really close. I found out the hard way that wax is not my friend! but this place put me at ease and did a great job.

I came in to get my brows threaded for the first time last winter. The salon tends to get full on some days, so I recommend booking an appointment.
I was scheduled on a Tuesday with one of their best threaders (I don't recall her name, unfortunately). She was cordial and very attentive. I like that she would stop once in a while to ask me exactly how I wanted the shape of my brows to look.
Threading itself was a new and PAINFUL experience for me. Boy, did it hurt! I honestly wanted to scream realizing how sharp a piece of thread can feel against my skin. I was embarrassed by the fact that I was tearing up a bit, only because I'm very sensitive around the eye area. The worker tried her best to accommodate me. But, beauty is pain. In the end, I was quite satisfied with my brows! Despite the pain, threading will give you a better arch shape than waxing does (in my opinion). I also noticed that my brows stayed intact for about a month.
The salon is clean, trendy and very welcoming. While I waited, the receptionist offered me a drink of either water or tea. It was a sweet gesture that made me feel special. Threading services came out to be about $25 with tip included, which I presume is reasonable for a professional salon. Waxing Co., I look forward to returning this summer! -

After moving to Oahu and starting from scratch one of the hardest things to do is find your "place" nail "place" waxing "place" hair etc...
After visiting waxing co. I will look no more for my hair removal needs. The
Place is clean and the ambiance is peaceful and comfortable when I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and offered iced tea or water.
I was helped by Dara she was so pleasant and made me feel extremely comfortable it's hard to have conversation when you it's your first time at a place and you are all exposed getting your treatment done.
Parking might be tough there is a lot but quite busy, have patient and give your self a few minutes extra.
The Final product was beautiful, neat and thorough. Dara was fantastic I highly recommend her for your waxing needs.
Every penny spent was money well spent! -

I've been going to The Waxing Co. for several years now and this is the only place I've ever been for my brows that I actually returned to. I love the atmosphere in the private rooms. The chairs are super comfy and they also offer water in the waiting area. I almost always do brow and lip because it's more worth it doing it together than separately and try to go on Tuesdays because it's cheaper. I believe 10% or something but it helps. I usually request to see Bronwyne. She's super nice and always offers to help me fill in my brows before I leave. She's also very understanding about helping me get what I want from my brows. I also had my eyebrows threaded there once. That took a little longer than waxing and we did it outside as opposed to in a private room but that girl did a pretty good job too.
I would definitely recommend others to check this place out. Throughout my numerous visits, I've had about 3 or 4 girls help me out and they've all did a pretty good job in my opinion. The only reason why I took a star down is because it's so pricey :[ -

I got my brows threaded by Seda. It hurts, more than waxing. But I like the result, even thouhg the red wasn't gone in 20 mins.
Girls works at front desk are nice. I asked for a glass of water after my eyebrow done, and got it.
This place is clean, and staff are nice.
Only thing I don't like is their music, it is too loud in my opinion -

Well, as promised I must amend my review.
After posting my review, the company contacted me via Yelp and said they'd be happy to right the wrongs of my first visit. The ol' brows were getting a bit shaggy anyway, so I made an appointment for the next day.
They not only refunded my entire bill from the first visit, but also comped my service, which I did not expect. The following day, Leah (the owner) contacted me personally to again apologize for the mistake. All is well in the world.
Got to see Bronwyn again, so that's a good thing as I'd prefer to have the same person work on shaping the brows. I can't speak for any of the other estheticians but she is very good. I also like that the wax isn't scalding hot. She takes her time for precision's sake. I'm working on thickening up my brows, which could be a lengthy process, one I'm happy to say I can entrust to the Waxing Company now that I know the prices are actually quite reasonable for quality work.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Threading. It was....interesting! My experience with the highly raved technique of threading :)
I called The Waxing Co. yesterday morning to schedule a same day appointment for a brow wax but they were booked solid but the threader had an opening so I took it. It was the same cost so why not?!
I got to the store at my appointment time and the girl sat me in the chair by the reception desk. She did not give me her name and throughout the entire process did not explain how it worked, etc. Threading feels like a piece of thread sliding/twisting around your hairs. You know that thwanging sound?! Kinda like that. I will not sugarcoat it but THIS SHIZ HURTS LIKE A MOTHER! She was doing above my eyelids and the inside of me was screaming bloody murder. I decided at that point I prefer to wax or even tweeze! The top part of my brow was relatively painless so if I could pick and choose on how to get my brows done, threading on top, wax on the bottom.
After braving through some of the horrific pain, my eyebrows were perfect. Thank you, nameless threader! Give threading a try if you haven't already! It just wasn't my cup of tea but I may be back for more punishment because I love the shape that threader was able to achieve :)2 Previous Reviews: Show all »

I go here regularly to see Seda for brow threading and love this place. This place is slightly pricey, but it's worth it for the clean environment, friendly staff, and great service. When I moved to Honolulu last year, I was looking for a place to get threading done since I had done it for a few years in NYC. Came across the waxing co and had a great first visit so I've been coming back ever since. For me, threading is less painful than waxing and is much better for my sensitive skin. The waxing co is definitely more expensive than those mall kiosks where you can get threading done for like 12 bucks, but it is worth it. I personally am willing to pay for a little extra comfort and ambiance in addition to getting a great service :)

So I forgot to get my eyebrows waxed before our trip to Hawaii and by midweek, my brows were OFF THE HEEZAY! I Yelped the nearest Beauty Salon and found The Waxing Co., which had great reviews. I usually pay $10-$12 for eyebrow waxing, so when I received my $25 bill, I was like, "What the...". HOWEVER, the service with a smile, complimentary beverages (including hot tea), and clean, spacious office made it all worth every dollar. I especially liked how they were bumpin' r&b in the background, making the vibe cool and comfortable.

So I've been wanting to join Yelp for about a year now just so I could tell people how great this place is. When I moved back from Seattle four years ago I thought I'd never find a wax place better than InSpa. Tried a nice upscale spa in Honolulu and had a not so great experience. After that I gave up....until a coworker of mine at the time mentioned this place (she knew the owner or something). Made my first appointment and now see Malie every 6 weeks.
Why is this place so great? First the decor is simple yet nice and it's ultra clean. They even offer you iced tea or water while you wait (though I only wait if I've arrived too early). Second, the staff is very nice and accommodating. As I waited yesterday, I heard the receptionist say to a customer on the phone "Sure...we're happy to work with your schedule. Let me know what days/times are good for YOU and we'll go from there". I don't know too many places that do that. They also send text message reminders/confirmations the day before your appointment.
Finally: I'm not gonna lie, I can think of 2,000 things better to do than get a brazilian. But a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. It's awkward and uncomfortable, but Malie is great and makes me feel as comfortable as one can possible feel in this situation. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good waxing place. -

I really can't say enough good things about this place.
I went to them because of their great reviews on Yelp. I'm an esthetician myself, so I'm a little picky and the one other spa I'd been to in Ewa for a leg wax was just awful. (Wax stuck on my legs, lady kept wondering why out loud and complaining about working 7 days a week, looked stressed...just bad.)
I'm so glad I trusted this wonderful place. They are definitely pricey- but they are pros. You will never have a bad experience here.
I know because I've been going for about 6 months now and have pretty much been to everyone who works there except the owner herself.
Everyone has just been super professional, super kind, very quick, and done an amazing, thorough job.
I have to say, after going to Bronwyn twice, she is definitely my fave. She is just a sweet girl and just all around a nice person who does an awesome job and always makes me feel comfortable.
Even the receptionist is always really kind and friendly enough to offer a drink every time and to chat with me a little bit. If you've been waxed before or even if you're a waxing virgin, you're totally safe going here. I would HIGHLY recommend Waxing Co. -

I'm extremely picky about who does my eyebrows. I'm always afraid of those people that over pluck your eyebrows and leave you looking like a chola. LOL
Since I was tired of doing my eyebrows one day..I decided to check out The Waxing Co. Leah was the person who first shaped my eyebrows and I have stuck with her since. She was able to shape my eyebrows perfectly and it suited my face frame. My eyebrows came out defined and perfect without being thin! From that day on, I couldn't do my eyebrows myself anymore. I guess I couldn't achieve the same perfection that Leah did and it made me mad. Haha...So now I'm forever a client of The Waxing Co.
Leah is the best person for eyebrows...One way to tell if a person is good is by looking at their own eyebrows. Hers are perfect! She is both very nice and professional.
The only downside of this experience is when you go to pay! Brows by Leah are $27...I don't complain though, because there is no one else that I trust. -

FINALLY, I've found a decent place in HI for threading!! I was so spoiled in LA with authentic Indian threading salons all over the place, that my eyebrows were in shock when I realized HI didn't have any places for it (or none that I could trust). I was so skeptical to go to someone who wasn't Indian, but there are non-Indians out there who can do this!
If you've never tried threading before, yes it hurts a bit the first time, but just like waxing you gradually get used to it. I hardly feel any pain now. And if you're like me with sensitive skin and get those annoying breakouts after waxes, this is much more gentler on your face. My threader was very thorough and did the usual threading, then touch up with tweezing and trimming. The entire thing took about 20 minutes.
My only critiques are that since I was so spoiled in LA where eyebrow threading was only ~$12, it seems a bit expensive here where it was a little over $20+tip. Also I had to wait a little bit for my appointment, but this wasn't a big deal anyway.
This place is nice, clean, and in a convenient location in McCully Shopping Center. Everyone was very friendly. I'm definitely coming back here regularly now that I've found my go-to threading place. -

This place was great. I only wish I could find a place like this in Dallas. I went to get my eyebrows threaded for my cousin's wedding. The woman who threaded my brows did an excellent job of listening to to me and gave me exactly what I wanted a natural looking brow with all the extra straggler hairs at the top, bottom, and middle of my eyebrows gone. It was a little bit pricey for my taste, but it was worth it for a professional service, a clean building, and my cousin's special day.

Let me first start off by saying that Yelp is my go-to for everything! Food, Bars, Stores, Spas, Hotels... You name it, and I am here checking and TRUSTING the reviews. I never took the time to sign up for an account, because I never felt the need to write a review...until now.
I feel personally offended by T O.'s remarks, as a long time customer of the Waxing Co. I make it a point to stop there every time I travel to Hawaii. They have been nothing but professional and have given me the best and most pain-FREE waxing jobs. I have extremely sensitive skin and this is the only place I have been to, that has not burned me or made me break out. I have tried places in Texas, Los Angeles, New York and London, and the Waxing Co tops everywhere else.
T O., I went to your Yelp profile and saw that chose to give low stars to more than one spa or brow place. Is this because you are trying to drum up business for yourself?

The best painful experience you will ever have! I'm no waxing-virgin so I know a thing or two about how this process should go. I was surprised I even got a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon. I wanted to get a modified bikini and an underarm wax but they only had time for one service. I choose bikini. However I arrived early and they were able to accommodate both services. Sweet!
My esthetician was also the owner and she was the absolute best esthetician I have ever had. She is the sweetest and most professional person I have ever met.
She was able to handle a stubborn ingrown hair with minimal pain. And she has this magical glass ball that is icy cold but feels soooo good on your underarm after the hair removal. Its an armpit massage from heaven. This place is a must. -

Waxing is like running a marathon or going through child labor (from what I've been told on the later) that once you forget the pain, you will want to do it again. The first time was painful and I was on the verge of tears. The only thing that saved me from running out of the room was that the aesthetician was really nice, funny and tried her best to get my unruly hair to be more cooperative.
I showed up for second session of waxing six weeks later this past weekend. The aesthetician made me feel comfortable again. Waxing is no walk in the park but it is true that the more you do it, the less the pain becomes (and so does the bill).
The facility was super clean and very calming. The staff is extremely professional. Highly recommended! -

I tried eyebrow threading as well as sideburn and lip threading for the first time at this place with Seda, she's the new threader there from Turkey. Super nice lady, but that didn't change the fact that I will never try threading again. They say it's so much less invasive than waxing because it only uses string and no chemicals, but literally right after I got it done, my eyelids/sides of my face/and above my lip area got plagued by SO MANY ugly little red bumps--probably because the procedure is literally scratching the surface of your skin with a single thread over and over again. And did I mention the pain? At least with waxing it hurts for one second and then you're done. Threading is continuous, fist-clenching pain--my palms were so sweaty!
But yea, even more than the pain the red bumps have been such a pain to deal with. It's been almost a week since I had it done, and I still have the bumps...it's really put some damage on my skin. I wish I had never done it!Comment from Leah N. of The Waxing Co 3/20/2011

The BEST!!
I've been coming here since around the time they first opened. I used to go to Sandra, but I haven't been back in a while so I'm not sure if she's come back yet from her looooong trip. :)
The Waxing Company is seriously the best. Everything is so clean, everyone is so friendly, and they make you feel so comfortable.
I've only gotten Brazilian waxes done here. The first time I was pretty nervous but Sandra was so professional and really easy to talk story with. I can honestly say...it doesn't hurt at all! I kept going to Sandra until she left. I was nervous to go back because I thought maybe I lucked out and just happened to experience the best person ever, but, I decided to go again and couldn't have been happier! I've also been waxed by Mahina (I think? I may be wrong- it's been a while!) but she was also great!
The only thing is it's a little pricey- but it is really worth it. -

Came in here for my first Brazilian wax ($80), atmosphere was very nice and area was clean. You fill out your info first and you even have the option of them texting you for future appointment reminders. The girl who worked on me was okay, she was helpful for my first time, but she just sounded so unenthusiastic while talking to me. Sort of like she was just going through the motions and making like she cares when she doesn't actually give a rats ass. Well, that's expected, she does this for a job after all, just wanted someone who wouldn't act so obviously fake?
Other than rambling about her tone of voice, she did a good and efficient job in removing all the hair down there! Oh and I also think the price was a little too expensive, I could have found better service and price at another place. -

Let's just say, I'm a believer ;)
This place is excellent and worth the price. If your experience is as good as mine, then you'll leave feeling freshly groomed and spankin' new...anywhere! There's no escaping the pain, but my esthetician made it as quick and as bearable as possible. In any event, the euphoria while walking out of a salon after a serious wax is pretty much equatable to conquering Mount Everest.
Do it once, and you'll never turn back! -

AMAZING PLACE!
Staff is super friendly and extremely patient! One receptionist went over two weeks of my schedule with me to find a time to fit in a brow wax! I sincerely appreciated her patience, and she truly made me feel like a valued customer.
As for the experience, staff is super amazing and friendly. Someone is always asking me if I would like a drink or striking up conversation. Before you know it, its your appointment time!
As for my brows, Bronwyn is amazing! (I'm sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong!) Explain what you want, and she does it! She is amazing! And on top of that, her waxes last a long time! She shapes my brows in a way that when they grow out - it doesn't look beastly! Its magic! -

Awesome!! I walked in hoping to scale back the creepy-crawly things that had become my eyebrows. I love eyebrow threading, and truly miss my "spot" in NYC ... but, when push comes to shove, I love the threading salons because they're cheap and the Indian woman who I entrust my brows to is the most beautiful woman in the world (and she does her own eyebrows...) SO, after coming to terms with my fear of letting someone else near-to my hairy friends (that it wasn't actually fear, but cheapness,) I stumbled into The Waxing Co.
Thanks Brittney!!!! She was AWESOME. I can actually see my eyes, and am pleasantly surprised by my super cute little brow bone. Brittney was super sweet, (she looks like that HOTT actress Shanyn Sossamon, I'm seriously goin' to bring my lil' brother here to get SOMETHING waxed...) -

I've been coming here for a year since I got back from iraq. I am converted! I will never shave again! The results are great, and so is the place. The ladies are nice and make the experience as good as it can be! I'm in and out in 25 minutes. I'm a regular! They also do my brows really well.

I agree that Dara is very friendly/professional. However, there are those times when an eyebrow wax just doesn't turn out the way you anticipate, which was the case for me.
