I can't say enough great things about Sophia. I was SOOOO unbelievably nervous during my first bikini wax, and she couldn't have been any cooler about it. By the end of my appointment, we were both laughing like old friends. She made light of a really awkward situation (anyone who has ever had a bikini wax, knows what I am talking about), and still managed to stay professional. I freakin' love her to death!!

Based on fellow yelpers recommendations, tried to make an appointment to get my brows done. The perhaps stupidest person I've ever encountered answered the phone. First, she was unable to get into the computer to see the reservation schedule. while I was waiting, I asked what should have been a very simple question to answer : are you open on Sunday?She responded that she wouldn't know until she opened the schedule. after an interminable wait, she managed to get the schedule open. Then another incredibly long time for her to try to figure out if there would be anyone able to do a brow wax. eventually she said - sorry no one available.
What a fucking idiotic place! don't know how they stay in business with someone like that answering the phone.
I have to second the previous reviewer. Sophia is AWESOME. She uses the blue cold wax instead of the typical hot wax. For those with sensitive skin, it really makes a difference. Depending on how much you get taken off, a wax can be anywhere from $45-60 bucks, not including tip. It's a little pricey for my taste, but totally worth it since Sophia actually knows what she's doing. And since she's so laid back, she is perfect for first-timers and will put you totally at ease.

A great change from usually busy noisy salon that offer waxing.I had a Brazilian wax and it was virtually pain less.
