AWESOME PLACE!!! The owner Lauri is a client of mine, and for my birthday my boss gifted me a facial with Lauri at The Total You. I have had some degree of acne since middle school and it has made me very cautious of who I trust with my face. Lauri made me feel very comfortable talking about my skin. She made recommendations only after we had a lengthy consultation; with me doing most of the talking. (she's a great listener!) The hard part was the extractions (but lets be honest, those are never going to be easy). She was very diligent with them, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process! She recommended products based off of what I'm currently using, and even gave me a few samples to try. Excellent Experience!!! (oh yeah, and my skin is is excellent condition now!)
Lorri is fabulous! I HIGHLY recommend the Total You. I have been a regular client for more than a year now and I always look forward to my appointments! Lorri is so easy to talk to and very committed to making sure your experience is relaxing and that you are 100% satisfied with the results! Since I have been getting facials with Lorri my skin looks and feels so much better. Lorri is very diligent and professional and has expert skin care advice. I feel so lucky to have found her!
Love that Lorri and recommend the Total You wholeheartedly. I've been a regular customer of Lorri's for more years that I can remember at this point. Leg waxing and lash and brow tints are the services to which I'm addicted, and I'm always delighted with the results. Lorri is thorough, conscientious and great to talk to! She has created a relaxing, comfortable environment and even welcomes the occassional canine visitor!

I trust this woman. Lorrie is pleasant, easy to be with, and makes even the most difficult extractions comfortable. I appreciated her willingness to take time to talk about my skin's issues and her recommendations were simply recommendations, not pressure to buy products.
Lorri the best. I love the wide selection of waxes she offers, some of which includes zinc oxide. I have sensitive skin and would break out the next day so requesting the white zinc oxide or gentle pink wax is the way to go. Also, if you accidentally over pluck your eyebrows...Lorri is awesome in reshaping them. She takes her time and makes you feel at ease. I trust her with my eyebrows 100%.
i've had facials and i've had good facial but lauri is a unique and fun healer . she has all kind of yummie soothing mask and a very comfortable shop i would definitely go back and have already recomended her to friends
