My fiance and I booked this place when we wanted a last minute get-away. We absolutely loved it! It's directly on the beach which was perfect. The room was so nice! It had a window seat, a coach, great view of the ocean, refrigerator, stove, etc. The bed was comfortable. Not huge, but a decent size. It was a pulldown from the wall. The gentleman working the front desk was super sweet! Parking spaces are limited directly onsite but, if it's full you can park across the street at the parking lot for their rental houses. It's a beach hotel so, don't expect luxury. It was perfect and I can't wait to stay here again!

Solid beachside motel in Dewey Beach with nice-sized decent hotel suites. Our suite had an indirect oceanside view and actually had a stovetop, microwave and mini-fridge. No frills in general and no actual beds, but the pull-out couch and Murphy (sp?) bed were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of linens to go around. Some suites are small, but the one we stayed in were big enough to comfortably fit five people.
Minimal and no-frills yet clean and comfortable. Don't come here looking for a luxurious beachside room, but this makes for a great weekend hangout with a group of friends.
