I only go to the Sports Bar to, well, watch a game.  Why?  Because I don't have or want a TV, but I do like sports enough to go out and watch key football, basketball, and soccer match-ups.  

The staff is always amenable to changing one of the TVs (they have 5 behind the bar and another 3 or 4 scattered throughout--two big screen) to a game that only I am interested in; they're attentive, and the food and beer selection is more than adequate.  Additionally, there are some dart lanes and four nicely kept pool tables (pay by hour).  The jukebox has a few good tunes on it, but it's mostly predictable top 40 contemporary rock, hip-hop and classic rock fare.  

The bar also caters to lots of students, but I avoid nights when I know there will be a loud beer-swilling group of kids dancing to terrible cover bands.  Also, the photos posted throughout suggest a meat-market vibe.  Though if you're into that, you'll like the place.  

For me, it gets three stars because it fully meets my needs but doesn't exceed my relatively low expectations.  It is what it is.

I like this bar. Friendly staff, good drinks, great chicken wings, reasonable prices!
