The Spa

My husband bought me a gift certificate for 5 massages. I had one, it was okay. The therapist had to leave and said she was going to get sick, then came back and said she wasn't contagious. When I tried to book another massage, they told me the therapist was out on leave and they would call me when they knew of her return, but they never called. Now I tried to book another massage and they said they no longer have that service. I still had 4 massages on my certificate, they tell me I can get some products with it instead but they will not refund me. I don't want products, I want my massages or money back!

The spa itself was beautiful and had a very relaxing atmosphere. However, the massage I received was mediocre at best and the massage therapist didn't have much a variety in the motions she used. It was relaxing but didn't feel much different when I left. If I went back I would ask for a more experienced therapist.
