My boyfriend read that Reyli was going to be featured at this place on the 24th. I perused the reviews for this place and WOW....unfriggin' believable. No need to write much more, the reviews are overwhelmingly disappointing. It's obvious that the owners of this establishment do not care about reviews and for that reason alone we wouldn't venture to this "dump" of a place. It's really a shame that we aren't able to see one of our favorite artists and I'm soooooo surprised his manager would even book a place like this.

Show was supposed to start by 730 we were jn line since 6pm they didn't open the doors until 9 pm. .. worst place and organization in the world.

The worst worker I ever seen! This guy Juan Cristobal treat my niece 18 years old, like criminal! He wants her to stay in one spot and pointing with his finger at her face told her that it was better for her to not move from there or he will kick her out! So rude! He don't let her go to the bathroom or go to the dance area not even to get something to eat! Of course we didn't stay even when we pay a full price ticket, but now is time for people to know what kind of people works there treating people like criminals just because they can't sell any liquor to them! So disappointed! :(

Never in my f**** life will i show up. Paid 80$ f*** for a crappy system. My ears were about to explode and all the guests where complaining and they did not cancell the show. For 2 hrs the bands kept playing w/ a crappy system. Ppl from Univision were they promoting and taking pics of the horrible event to only publicize how great it was even though it sucked.

Worst service ever , everyone who attended me was rude, and if your under 21 don't even go they have a special section you can leave for people under 21 and you get treated like criminals , can't even go to the bathroom with out giving your ID

This a great place for concert and drink. .. the best music and dj. .... the only thing is that they have a phone number! !!!!!! But they don't answer the dam phone! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came to see Larry Hernandez. Concert was good. The only problem is that it seems like they let a lot more people in than what actually fit.

Wow, so, here is my experience. We bought tickets to see MARISELA at this venue and the tickets we bought said that the doors opened at 6:00pm and that food would be served. :/ so, they literally opened the doors at 6:00 and closed hem back up and had us wait for 2 hours before we got through r the doors to be frisked. Seriously, we we're frisked :/ not even the airport has this much security. Then we entered and found a table and sat for another 2 hours and the food, let's just say, I was wanting to eat but the food looked risky. Then after being at our table, a woman randomly started to come by the tables and told us that it would be an extra $20 to sit at the tables. Seriously!!! The safest thing to eat/drink is the alcohol, if that. Then after a few drinks we found our selves in the women's restroom and found out that some of the stalls didn't even have doors. The music and my company was the only thing that kept me there. Needless to say, I'm not coming back or bringing and one ever to this location again. :( if there was a zero star this would be it. oh, but before I close you should also know that you would think that the alcohol would console the issues this place has but by the time you get to your next drink you have to wait for a spring break, everyone and their grandma show up, magic mountain roller coaster waiting line to get your next drink. You have been advised. Oh, and the singer hasn't even started yet and we arrived at 6:00 PM!!!!! Never again.
